  • Absolute Trash

Trying to register for Smart Parking is like trying to drink soup with a fork. Horrible user journey and it doesn’t even work when you finally get to the end of a Herculean saga of bad UI, redirects, bugs and failed “save” functionality. Ridiculous.
  • Help provided when I couldn’t find my car

I parked my car in car park B on Thursday and photographed it so that I could find it later. Imagine my surprise when I came to pick it up 8 hours later and no matter how much I walked up and down lane 354 on level -3, I couldn’t see it. Eventually I saw someone who looked like he worked there so I asked him for help and he told me to go to the information desk, which I did, and Ayshah from customer services helped me. She came down to the car park and looked with me for about half an hour but she also could not see it. She called several people who all said it was in lane 354 on level -3 but the last person also said that it was next to a wall. We then decided to walk around the perimeter of the floor and suddenly there was my car! Also there was a sign with 354, B on it right by it! Ayshah was extremely patient and professional throughout. I couldn’t have been assisted by a more lovely person.

  • Smart parking works, app is meh

TLDR: To use smart parking, tap the lower right icon, on the my personal account section, tap advantages and services -> tap sign up and that activates the smart parking feature if you’d already signed up.

I was holding off on downloading this app because I read all the “smart parking not working” reviews. But it gets very annoying when I can only go in but not coming out without asking for help every time. I eventually gave in and looked inside out of the app to figure out if the smart parking feature is hidden somewhere, that’s when I found out I have to “sign up” for it again (actually I’m just reactivating it but the term they use is very confusing plus there’s no indication that signing up “VIP” would give access to smart parking 😓). The app itself was ok, but I’m only opening it when I have to sign-in again occasionally when the smart parking stop working from time to time.

  • Garbage app

Sitting in a Westfield mall on the free (unsecured) Westfield Wi-Fi, with location tracking enabled and the app still can’t correctly identify even what country I am in let alone offer any member benefits - avoid!
  • What happened to Smart Parking?

This still isn’t resolved and no one seems to care! It’s really frustrating and I can’t even disable smart parking. Here at the movies again and will have to pay full price for parking. This is not a functional app.
  • Smart parking does work

The app crashes every time I try to save my card details. Never let me use smart parking, useless
  • No smart parking bar-code with update! Ugh!

Smart Parking is gone on this update! Like other reviews, I sat there waiting, pressing the button, mind you there this a pile of cars behind me. Finally someone on opened the gate! Very stressful experience. Fix the app!
  • Poor App

The app user experience is poor, which is a pity because I enjoyed my first visit to Shepherds Bush. The Smart Parking section does not work, so I do not really need the app ongoing.
  • Useless app

Firstly the smart parking is not working, you can’t login from the app as the login link keeps disappearing when you attempt to tap on it. In this day and age of everything being digital, it’s a poor execution and testing son the developers side, on the most basic things as mentioned above. Logging in via the website is equally useless for smart parking, just keeps taking you to the home page, no useful messages or notifications... There is more focus on collecting your personal data as opposed to making this a useful app. What was wrong with the old version that actually worked.

  • App updated, but removed Smart Parking?

Just went to open the app the get my smart parking transaction info, and was redirected to “Update,” which was actually a redirect to download a completely new app. The app doesn’t have any Smart Parking information even though my center (Westfield Century City) is a Smart Parking participant. Where is my historic information? Why is this update worse than the other app (which worked perfectly fine)? Help would be appreciated!
