Teething pains
I had high hopes for the app and I just set up the system so it’s taking a little to get used to compared to my last system.
***One thing I absolutely miss is the ability to see ALL of the time stamped events (doors, windows etc),that were open and closed throughout the day, when the alarm was armed, when it was disarmed etc. Please include this “activity log” of ALL sensors on the next update in the “Events” tab. ***
Another strange thing is the flood/freeze sensors show up twice. Once as I named them and again as their original names; I.E. Flood 1, Flood 2 etc. This is just weird.
Overall, the interface is a bit “clunky” and needs some refinement. Please continue to update and improve.Rhgesgtdhtd
Disappointed
Right now the app tells me there is an update every time I open it. This would be helpful but there is no update so instead it is annoying. There is no easy way to report this small bug.
Regardless of how strong the wifi signal is at the house and where my phone is, the cameras take so long to connect that I can never see what triggered them.Roadgecko352
Update is not working
I've been trying to update the new version. Whenever I click the Update and goes to Apple app, the update button is not there. It only says Open. This is frustrating. I already uninstalled and installed the app but nothing works. We cannot even log back because it's always error. Hoping they'll fix this issue.Ethel Ruth David
