  • Needs work

    This app seems to be very buggy for a very simple design. Tried to purchase a 20 trip ticket but had it fail multiple times with no error code or description. The second time it charged my credit card but it must have timed out waiting for a response from the payment processor?? Tried to raise an issue through the support section of the app and that’s didn’t work either. Let’s see if they can fix this up…

  • Frustrated

    I was hoping to move tickets from previous Breeze app to the new app. However I don’t know if it is possible and haven’t found any info on the possibility of transferring the tickets
  • Somehow actually worse

    The original Breeze Mobile app for Marta is a sad joke. But this one is somehow actually worse. Where is Apple Pay support? Why do I need to make an account at all? Why do these text fields in this app look like a really old website?

    If the app isn’t going to support Apple Pay, at least use Apple’s standard iOS text fields so you can use Autofill for passwords/credit cards etc

    There’s an intro/guide when you first launch the app that also is really amateurish. You hit Next and then you get to a page with too much text where Next is greyed out, and it’s unclear what you should do next other than tap on Skip at the bottom. Why skip? Why isn’t it done?

    This app is an embarrassment to Atlanta. A supposed tech forward city.

  • What is MARTA doing?

    This is exactly the same as the old app: complete unusable garbage. Thanks MARTA for wasting money on two separate useless ticketing apps.
  • Horrible UI, no Apple Pay integration, embarrassing to Atlanta

    In most cities’ transport systems, I can tap my phone, use Apple Pay, or otherwise have a relatively frictionless experience using transit.

    This app is garbage. Clunky and confusing UI, payment system not integrated at all with Apple Pay, and still using QR codes. Seriously. Half the time the bus QR code is broken, and the other half of the time, the scanner at the rail station is broken. This is the year 2023, and this app seems to have been developed ten years ago.

    How much money was spent on this? Why are we spending more public money to get a worse app? The version should have been downgraded to 0.2, not 2.0.

  • Needs Apple Wallet support!

    Please add the ability to add the QR code to Apple Wallet! How has this not already been implemented?
  • Doesn’t accept Debit Card when I try to pay

    I have a debit card that is issued to me through my benefits which has my pre-tax monthly transit amount. it’s a Visa debit. This new Breeze mobile doesn’t take it. it fails and i get a big red x on the screen when it attempts to process it. The old breeze mobile app accepted it. Not sure what’s going on. please fix it
