LOVE THIS APP!!
I love this app so so much! I easily made over 110 dollars within my first month of using it, I feel like I kept getting paid more and more, I usually got paid around $22 per post. I love this app so much because it’s so clean, organized, and easy to use. You receive texts for when everything which is really nice, withdrawals are super easy and finding brands you like and want to work with are even better. Genuinely couldn’t love this app more it’s so good.
The only things that kale needs to upgrade is the amount of brands you can work with, I would really like if we could sign up for multiple brands at once so we have the opportunity to make more $$$ and deals with brands. Other than that, the pay is good, app is great. No complaint! Thank you so much kale for bringing my love for content creating to life.

Scam
I was so excited to finally be able to post content . I worked hard for the content I made and they suspended my account for no reason. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
The app is going on the wrong direction
I used to love Kale a lot and even though I faced some issues with receipts submission, everything was resolved as long as I contacted the support system but now the support system is getting notoriously slow( it’s been 2 weeks and my receipt haven’t been approved). Plus, I can’t even access the app for some reason which lead me with tons of products that I’ve purchased for kale with me and I can’t submit the content on the app. Very disappointed in how things are going right now.

Violations
Kale cut me off because I received too many violations for ‘deleting’ my posts when in actual fact I moved them to reels on Instagram. I accidentally removed my Instagram account from my Facebook and this is the reason it showed up as ‘deleting’. I also received a low amount of money on posts that performed well and didn't get paid a higher amount.

I love Kale app
I’ve been using the Kale app for a while, and it’s a fantastic tool for UGC creators. The interface is user-friendly, and it makes connecting with brands super easy. I love how it helps me keep track of campaigns and provides useful insights to improve my content. Plus, the job variety is great, and the support team is responsive. Whether you’re just starting out or experienced in UGC, Kale is definitely worth checking out!

Any excuse not to pay…
They are starting to get very scam-like. I followed exactly all of the requirements listed under their requirements for the video in order for it to qualify. Received a text saying that I needed to include a text overlay in the video like in the example video they provided.
Nowhere in the requirements did it say to do the video exactly like in the example video. It only said to use the exact same song as the example video, which I did. If they wanted us to include text overlay, it should have been included under the requirements. I tried to reach out saying all of this, but they are sticking to what they said.

it used to be so simple to claim and upload content. you used to be able to send a screenshot of your receipt and share the link the the content. now, they require your credit card info and find the transaction through your purchase history. this feels extremely invasive AND it doesnt even work. unfortunately ive only done one challenge (and got paid decently) before the update and now i cant do anything else

Love it
The app is so easy to use and is a great way of making money. I wish there were more brands though.
Hit or miss
There has been 2 occasions now where I’ve gotten less than $5 in return for posting a video. The least this app could do is give you back what you spent because at that point you aren’t even making money for content. I spent ~$7 for an item for a challenge I claimed and they gave me $1…. so basically this app had me make free content and lose me money. But to my understanding if I delete it my Kale account will be banned? This app is not for people that are trying to make a decent amount of money.

App doesn’t connect
I signed up with Kale. I claimed a project and posted a video. When I tried to submit the project, I was required to connect Facebook and Instagram, which was the only way to submit the video. Everytime I tried to connect my accounts to Kale, it connected on Facebook, but on Kale, I kept getting the same response of “something went wrong, please try again later”. I’ve tried contacting Kale’s support team. One person responded, provided me with another option to connect with alternate flows on the Kale app. That didn’t work. I contacted customer support again, and I have yet to receive a response. So I posted a video and can’t submit it to Kale, and no one from Kale’s support staff has responded with a solution to the problem.
