Two Stars because it does have great benefits BUT
I was having fun on this app creating content for some of my favorite brands and being able to monetize it in the process. However, Kale started adding more rules as the weeks went on. Some responses I would get would not be stated in the guidelines but they would require so I would change my content to make them happy. When changing the videos, it removed the ones they dislike of course which flagged my account apparently. Kale has yet to respond to me but had shut down my account. I have not deleted any videos they have paid me on but the ones they had requested I edited. I don’t find this fair or ethical.

Unbelievable
I have been on kale for the last few months. It did glitch at times and gave me issues but it was quickly fixed with updates. However, yesterday, I received a text from kale saying that my video for the challenge was not accepted. I quickly deleted the video and put up a new video. Now, this morning, I get a message saying my account is banned for deleting kale content.
It was never KALE’s CONTENT because they found it ineligible! My new video for the challenge is still up! I’m still waiting for support to email me back. This whole app is run by bots.

It’s actually really good! But
My first collab i got 12 likes and 100 views and got payed 18 dollars. One thing I will say tho is to fix the withdraw balance button. And also I would like for you guys to expand to more platforms but other then that I would definitely download the app!
Great opportunities, constant glitching
I’ve been using this app for a few weeks now. I’ve had no problems with doing the challenges from my favorite brands, HOWEVER the app constantly glitches/blacks out and I’m back on my phone’s Home Screen. Please please PLEASE Kale, fix this problem!
The app blocked my account for no reason
I posted a original video on my TikTok and submitted for one of the challenge. Then the video had over 1800 views. Suddenly the app sent me a message said my account has been suspended for violating Kale's Community Guidelines requiring authentic, organic engagement on your posts. I will no longer be able to participate in the Kale community. That is for no reason and I think the app just blocked me because they don’t want to pay! I made free ads for the brand!!

Going downhill
This app used to be great, the recent updates have made the brands hard to find and the design of the app isn’t as good. The payouts are also WAY smaller than they used to be, I would make $10-25 for a video and now my videos are getting more views and I’ve made $2-$4. It’s insulting honestly. I got over 15k views on one and the payout was like $6? Not really worth it anymore tbh, I hope they change the payout system and I’d love to see how they decide what to pay us, it’s very hard to find any info about that.

They Don’t Give Second Chances!!
This app is real! I made a great video and they sent money for connecting my social! But the rules are very simple and I guess I messed up by showing other names of drinks I used. They kicked me right out! No second chances and I couldn’t even take the post down! They won’t let me try to make a new post! I’m not happy with the way they push you out so quickly when sometimes things are a real mistake! Content creation is new for some people! Mistakes happen! They don’t give warnings or anything! So BE PERFECT LOL!

So far I really like this app. I have successfully completed 3 challenges and have earned the amount stated and have withdrawn it as well. Def an app that does what it says. Putting a few extra $$ in my pocket.
Bugs + not paying
I loved this app when I first started using it. I was making $10-$25 per video, and they would approve my videos every day within 24 hrs.
I’m on day 4 of my video not getting approved.
As some of you may know, they say that they will approve within 24-48 hrs.
Also; I’ve reached out to support twice, messaged through discord, and insta, and cannot seem to ge t my problem fixed.
They do not have a good support system, and really wish they would help me get this problem fixed.
On top of that, the area where it shows that I had submitted a video keeps disappearing at random, but once it comes back it shows that I have it submitted and cannot claim other challenges.
I’m on day 4 of my video not getting approved.
