Mixed feelings about this app…
Don’t get me wrong, the idea of it is great. It’s easy to claim challenges, submit videos and receive cash for your videos. What I hate about this app is there’s no flat rate for the content you make and you don’t get paid until after you make the content. I’ve put in insane amount of effort and money sometimes for these videos and they pay me way less that what I deserve for the quality content I make. I’ve tried reaching out to their customer service as well too and they are not very nice and pretty much do not care.

Not for serious creators
No transparency when it comes to how much you get paid, like at least say that in the “challenge”. The whole vibe of the business model is that you should be grateful for brands paying you pennies to post about their products. If you took the time to build an audience and following, go find real brand deals, not these “challenges”. I promise you they’ll actually take you seriously and you’ll make a lot more $ doing that

Being able to get paid by using the products here is amazing ! I have fun creating the content and sharing with friends and family. You get paid easily and everything on the app goes smoothly.

This app started off GREAT, but now it seems like they will find any reason to try to kick your content back. There could be absolutely nothing wrong with the content, but they are really picky for a company who pays the creator barely anything. You’re basically giving companies free promotion, it’s not worth it. You’re better off pitching to brands.

If you want to make a lot of money this ain’t it. However, I do like the app. I get around $15 per video, I’ve found that it depends on the brand on how much you get. However, considering I already have the products I make the videos for, it’s a nice why to make some extra cash. Moreover, making the videos doesn’t take that long. It takes me 5 minutes or less to make and post the video, so $15 is a pretty nice amount.
My only concern is that they aren’t transparent on how the pay rate works. I’ve gotten 200 views and no likes with one brand and made $17 and gotten 500 views and 50+ likes and made $12 for a different brand

New update is a flop
Super buggy and hard to navigate. Almost all missions are paused at the moment and there’s no way to know that’s the case unless you click on the brand, which takes forever to scroll because they changed the apps navigation.

Mixed feelings
I enjoy that I can make earnings off my posts but the system is flawed. It flagged one of my posts as having filters when there were none. Then didn’t recognize that I shared to Instagram, only to tiktok. On top of that it is near impossible to get in contact with anyone for support to fight your case.

Two Stars because it does have great benefits BUT
I was having fun on this app creating content for some of my favorite brands and being able to monetize it in the process. However, Kale started adding more rules as the weeks went on. Some responses I would get would not be stated in the guidelines but they would require so I would change my content to make them happy. When changing the videos, it removed the ones they dislike of course which flagged my account apparently. Kale has yet to respond to me but had shut down my account. I have not deleted any videos they have paid me on but the ones they had requested I edited. I don’t find this fair or ethical.

Love the idea but not transparent
I just started using it a few and ago and have gotten money back on some videos. But what I find is there is no rhyme or reason. Sometimes the videos won't make anything for instance and it's kind of confusing WHY!!! I have cashed out and had no issues with that so that's cool. What all the sudden happened though is they said my account is flagged for removing a video I got paid for, when I for sure never did that nor would!! So I think there is more work that needs to be done on the app to make it run smoother!! Also better support would be nice!! I hope they can clear this up with my account because even if the videos aren't making a ton, I am enjoying trying, and learning how to make them better !! ( even though no feedback is happening from this app).

NO PAYMENT!
What started off as a 5 star review quickly turned into a one star review. It’s been well over 48 hours and I haven’t not received payment for a video or even an update! Kale has no customer service contact- will not respond on instagram OR TikTok. The number they provide does NOT text back. I feel so upset that I have been scammed. I do not recommend.
