  • Unusable

    I have tried multiple times to get this app running. The screen turns white when I try to sign in. Have redownloaded several times. Basically it’s unusable for me. Very disappointing

  • Frustrating app(s)

    I was really excited for this upgrade to Hallmark+ (considering the yearly rate went up by $20, which companies don’t usually do). I thought, fine, they are starting some rewards and connecting their platforms. They’ll probably do some app updates. But no. I also had/have an issue with connecting my accounts, which I thought was taken care of. Seems it is not because the young man at check out at the Hallmark store told me they don’t look like they are linked…also, specifically to this app, it took me around 40 minutes to finally check out with a physical card to be mailed because the interface is old and basic, and kept glitching, so ai had to start over. (And yes, the app is updated.) Someone also said a favorites feature would be helpful to favorite cards that you like, which I totally agree with. Overall, I think you need another app designing department to upgrade the apps overall. Very clunky, slow, not user friendly, and they glitch.

  • Frustrating App

    I downloaded the app. Created an account. Trying to link my Crown Rewards number and Zip code and when I hit link it does absolutely nothing!! In fact the entire screen seems to be flawed.
    I have tons of apps. I’ve never encounter one that is as user unfriendly as this one! 😡

  • Needs a favorite feature

  • Can’t even sign in.

    Used a promotional link through website. Signing in with my credentials and all I get is a blank screen. Not a good start.

  • Doesn’t work

    Multiple cards customized and app just deletes progress or claims an unknown error. I’ve spent an hour customizing to have my progress just shut down. Weird to have an app not work especially when their is monetary incentive

  • What bug fixes?

    Just downloaded this app after prompted by online account. Shows it had a bug fix update 2 hours ago.

    I am unable to successfully personalize text in a card to be sent. When it’s ready /done , it goes to a screen with font choices/alignment etc which won’t navigate anywhere. I have closed and rebooted twice with same result.

  • Prices Going Crazy

    I kind of see why younger people revert to texting. Each time I visit my Hallmark LGA store I am appalled at the exorbitant price of cards. Greed is what puts businesses out of business. There is no reason to charge $7.99 for a card. I have been loyal to Hallmark but I’m going to “stand for something or fall for whatever price they charge for cards. I do not plan to do so.

  • Freezes

    I just downloaded this app to get my 600 bonus points and after it was completely downloaded it doesn’t let me actually use the app. The app is frozen on the purple Hallmark screen. I tried tapping several times on the crown, and it glitches a little, but still doesn’t let me in
  • Not Ready for Users

    Downloaded and tried making a ecard. After ten minutes and multiple tries, I realized this app is not yet ready for use. Tried to add text which I could do, but then everything disappears and the screen locks white with no way to progress forward or even to go back. Closed and restarted too many times and still unable to get past the card editing. As the saying goes, “Not ready for Prime Time.”
