  • No pointe

    I downloaded the app after getting an email saying I would get 600 points when the app is first downloaded. I got no points. I also should have $4 in rewards and a few coupons as well. I also says I got none. I will wait it out to see if the fix the problems with it before deleting.

  • Some glitches

    I am having some issues with updating it . My other coupons / rewards are not on the app so I still have to go to my account online 🥴

  • Nice idea but…….

    If this app doesn’t link with my Hallmark/Keepsake account what good is it? I am already at Platinum Tier and this app is starting me all over. I don’t think so!

  • Not Accurate

    the app is not reflecting the right information for my member card vs logging in on the website. i am a platinum member, however, the app shows no status.

  • Needs improvement

    I love Hallmark and have been a Crown Rewards member since it’s beginning. I was hopeful for this site and I will use it. BUT, I was really hoping my 82 year old sister would be able to use also. NO way could she. The print inside the cards is too small for me to read comfortably and there’s no way to expand the screen. Really? That’s stupid!

    However, being able to personalize and add photos is great.

    With some improvements, will be even better.

    I’ve sent 10+ cards with no problems, but now the margins are off on the app and you can’t choose text, font, font size, nor alignment. Used to love this app, now not so much!🙁

  • Full of Bugs

    This app is useless and keeps giving me errors. On the review tab after writing my message, it kept saying error, try again. So I restarted the app and rewrote the message. When I went to send the card by mail, it asked for my address, but even when the system looked it up and filled in the fields, the app would not accept my address. After a couple of hours I gave up. Waste of time.
