Aggressive sales

I’ve entered for a second to check the app and prices at 10:30 pm. A few minutes later a sales agents calls. Why would you disturb people after business hours? A complete turnoff.

Навязчивые и наглые менеджера.

Заходишь в приложение посмотреть варианты, начинают агрессивно звонить и предлагать услуги, совет - покупайте абонемент в зале а не у них. Навязчивые и наглые. Добавьте кнопку не за*бывать звонками. Спасибо за понимание.

They call your personal number without consent. I did not give one, after registering through google account they additionally ask for phone number, without it you cannot even enter the app, Apple should review this app for this behavior and usage of personal phone number in their unethical ways.

Stop calling me. I got a call the day I downloaded your app, another just for opening it, and even after deleting it you still called me twice.

I know how to use the app — I’m a developer. What I don’t accept is this unprofessional behavior. That’s exactly why I won’t use your app again.

Disappointing Customer Support Experience

I had high hopes for the OneFit app, but my experience with their customer support was frustrating and unacceptable. After registering on the mobile app, I received a call from +998 78-113-83-99, where the representative was not only unhelpful but also argued with me and provided misleading information. They insisted it was impossible to make purchases through the app, which was confusing because I was able to do so without any issues. This kind of inconsistency and poor communication from customer support is disappointing and needs improvement. The app itself seems functional, but the support experience left a bad impression. Please address these issues to ensure a better user experience.

Если берёте абонемент на два года будьте готовы что дней десять вы потеряете, расчёт идёт 30 дней что сьедает дни, в целом дней 10, мало приятного тем более когда в чате поддержки ответили что если активировали 15 числа то следующий месяц начинается 15 числа.

Useless app

Useless app ever, no proper customer support, they are just making money. I had subscribed this app for 1 year as the sales lady convinced so hard telling so many fake advantages not even useful I never found anything near to my place now when I ask them refund without using the app even they are changing me 1000 + aed just to keep app in my phone which I have even freezed..highly not recommend I need my refund.
