Great way to communicate with the city
I submitted a complaint about garbage pickup and I got a call the same day asking if it had been taken care of. Issue was resolved within 24 hours!

Not all bad, not good either.
It’s really great to have an app in which to communicate with our city. The biggest issue I have with this app in particular is that it’s not very mobile friendly. The maps rarely work properly, the “Your Requests” portion of the app could use an update to make it more intuitive and beyond the Home Screen the app just looks like a browser integration with a terrible website. If you should use the app to communicate with the city, there’s no notification area in which to see their responses nor is there an intuitive way in which to respond back to their messages which are found in history. Maybe, add a notification area. In a world of amazing apps, this one’s a real disappointment.
