Good to manage my Properties in one easy to use app
Everything I need to do I can do from within this app. I am a lot on the go and don't have access to my computer all the time. This app notifies me and allows me to access pretty much everything I need to do on the go.

I’ve been using the managecasa mobile app for manage my properties, and it has been a game-changer, The app is clean, user-friendly and makes it easy to handle tasks on the go.
Bad for tenants
This app is absolutely horrible for tenants. If you are an iPhone user, most of the features don’t work. And there is no support or customer service available to seek help. There are no tutorials available for tenants either and the AI solutions don’t work either. That’s just on the phone version. On the computer site, you are not allowed to sign on to the tenant portal at all. There are no phone numbers or emails to reach out for any help. If you are a property management company, I’d think twice about using this app. If your tenants need to export their statements, they won’t be able to. As tenants we some need to download our records for various reasons. They won’t be able to. It’s just sad.
