Nice But….
Need to be able to change date of entry. I have some past lifts that I want to enter but can only enter as current date and don’t see where date of lift can be changed.

My opinion
I have used this app to find my one rep maxes and now I look like Ronnie Cole man in his prime
Simple and easy rep tracker
I love how simple this app is. I have been using it for ages, after having tried allot of other apps. I train hybrid, doing CrossFit and weight training and cardio and I use this all the time to track my exercice weights and reps.
I have 2 suggestions to improve the app :
- 1 : include a search engine in the exercice tab because I have so many exercices logged that it’s hard to find quickly
- 2 : enable renaming an exercise for example I misspelled one exercise and I can’t correct it without losing what I tracked

Perfect
Clean, simple interface. No data collected. Minimal unobtrusive ads. There’s nothing not to like here.
Great for tracking big lifts
I would give it 5 stars if it had a graph to show progress of the lifts. Also needs to be able to edit unlimited customized lifts.
Awesome App
It helps me determine a path to strength growth without always using maximum weight which if not lifted strictly with a partner could injure me! At 68 years old injuries are not my friend!

RPE7.5などが計算できません。
また、レップ数もRPEに合わせてプルダウン式にしていただけると入力がスムーズになると思います。

Clear and effective
Great while working out to keep track of progress and estimating weight. I use it to estimate the increase of repetition I can do in a hypertrophic week by using my powerlifting number’s week.
History needs tweeking
Absolutely brilliant app and so handy. One thing I think would complete the app is that when you have saved something and go into your history, that you can click on say saved squat and see the percentages you could see originally and the weight and reps all the way down to -2 that you could see before you saved it. If that makes sense 😵💫 thanks

Cool Little App!
Haven‘t had this app very long, but it does what I need it to for myself and my clients. The lbs/kg option is nice, and the RPE is nice to have if you’re someone who uses RPE. I love being able to save my lifts on here as well.
