Not a great bank
Not impressed at all with this bank. Instead of calling me when I have an item that will overdraft my account, they charge me an exorbitant fee and then call me the following day, telling me about it.
The best staff
So far dealing with the goldendale branch me and my wife have had a great experience staff treats us with great respect and handles all our needs at the drop of a dime. It’s great having bank staff that communicate with you on a personal level making interactions, extremely friendly and comfortable.

Inadequate
We’ve recently been transferred to 1st Security from another bank because of a buyout. It has been impossible so far to access the bank online at all. Instructions for transitioning did not work, and online support could not help.
It’s hard to say whether the app is any good, since we can’t get access to our account through it. The bank however is a serious disappiontment.

Frustration
Always asked me to rotate my phone when I need to make a deposit. I do and then the app freezes! Need to start all over again several times before I can deposit the check.
No tech support
This bank does not provide tech support and cannot provide any updates on when they will be back online. We all depend on online banking and this bank has a history of these problems and no improvement has been made over the years. Today I also found out that the regular bank employees are “not allowed to” give me or anyone else the phone number to tech support. The phone number that is provided on the error message does not go to tech support and if you call you get to talk to a bank employee who knows nothing about what is going on. The first person I talked to even lied about there being a technical issues. I have bern a customer for over 20 years and I am strongly considering a different bank now.

Session expire message
Have not been able to make online payment for 2 months now. Hit make a payment from outside account (which has been set up and used in past) and get message “you’re session has expired due to inactivity”. Not convenient!!

Not bad, but needs improvement
Got transferred to First Security as part of the BofA buy-out. The app is okay, but very bare-bones as far as options. Major suggestion to the developers: show the running balance of an account so we can see throughout the month where balance dipped/peaked.
Bad app
Does not compare favorably to other bank apps. It will accept a check deposit and send an email confirmation only to send an obscure email a week or so later saying that your deposit was not accepted. If you visit the bank they "don't know or have anything to do with computer banking". I believe them. Also, it does not allow you to make any deposit over $5000 no matter how high your average balance. This app is a nightmare and makes a complete mess of your banking activities. I have used other bank apps for years without a hitch. This one is not worth the trouble.

Not Impressed
Unfortunately had to "switch" banks when BOA sold out and found myself stuck with this little homemade app. I find it infuriating that there is no option to disable the stars identifying my username and account numbers. No option to receive alerts. No option for fingerprint ID when logging in. Too bad I'll have to go find yet another bank because I'm just too "picky" I guess. ...Tired of settling for crap apps.

This app worked great the first time out for depositing a check! I Had BOA for 32 years, this worked just as good. So far im loving FSBOW!
Great app
I moved out of state and this app lets me do everything I need to without having to change banks. Billpay, online check deposit, transfers, you can even set up new accounts. Really great stuff

I can access my account, but can't pay bills. It kicks me out when I click "send payment."
