Trouble logging on my iPad.
It’s frustrating for some days I can log onto my account , yet others I can not. I wish someone could fix this!
Lots of issues, Face ID doesn’t work, keeps asking for username and password
This app has lots of issues, Face ID doesn’t work with my account but weirdly works with my daughter’s, the app keeps asking me for username and password even after setting up quick access. Please fix this super-buggy app, make it work properly!!!
Doesn’t even work
The app hasn’t been working in weeks. It’s always going down for maintenance but it seems like this time it never went back up! Fix the app please
Won’t open on my homepage
I just recently tried to sign on and it said the app was no longer available. I downloaded the new app and it will not appear on my screen when I try to open it. Don’t know what to do now.
Bad UX
Slow load times, horrible user interface, always down. Very disappointing. Makes me consider switching credit unions just because of how bad the mobile experience is. Credit union: PLEASE get a better app.
Spammed with Promotions
Every time I log into the app, I am spammed with promotions. I am a member and if I wanted to take out a loan, I would reach out to the credit union.
No functions
Terrible user interface. Most of the functions don’t work. Transfers can’t work on the app deposits barely function. You log in and you’re bombarded about interest rates. If you call the bank they say just to use web browser so the bank is tracking the app is broken.
CONSTANTLY down
This is the worst app I have ever used. You would think when it comes to people’s money that they would make sure their app actually works, but nope! There have been several times that I have needed to access my account and move money around and have not been able to, sometimes for days at a time. Makes me want to close my account and move to BMO or Chase. Get it together already. This app has existed for years and the issue continues to persist.

Mixed results
Love being able to access my accounts and deposit checks remotely. On two separate occasions now I have received text messages from the app confirming receipt of a deposit, and every hour on the hour for the next ten hours I receive the same text message confirming the same deposit over and over. Calling to report the problem hasn't resulted in getting it fixed. I tried turning off notifications but that didn't work either. Concerning.

The worst app
This app is CONSTANTLY down and ALWAYS having problems. Customer service is NOT knowledgeable
Very concerned
It is very concerning that I have had issues logging into to my account through this app and on the web. When I called in this evening, the call center, a 3rd party group, was not able to give me any answers as to why the system is down. I said I would call the bank in the morning and was told the rep from the call center said she didn’t think the bank would be able to tell me anything as to why the system is down. I will still try and see if I can get answers in the morning but this is a big red flag! I’ve been banking with 1st Nor Cal for 30+ years and am heavily considering going with a different bank.

No option for registration!
New to 1st Nor Cal, downloaded app but there is no registration option only a login, no matter what I do I can not register and create an account. This app is garbage, obviously this bank doesn’t care because I read other older reviews and none of their concerns have been addressed in this app, unable to use app for making payments, will have to use my other banks billpay to pay my car payment at 1st NC. Sad

Terrible update
The new application update is just all over the place. Loading speed is too slow and there’s just too much going on. Really hope they make this more simple.
Old app was better
New app takes to long to load. Doesn’t work about half the time. Should go back to old app. That one worked and was much faster.
New Version Downgrade
The login takes a long time to load. The account view doesn’t fit on one page, causing you to scroll back and forth to see all accounts and transferring money between accounts has become laborious, as many additional and unnecessary steps have been layered in.
Transaction host
They changed app, haven’t been able to get transaction history for accounts.
New version a step backward
New version is very slow to load (ad images seem to take priority over login), and seems to promote obsession with credit score.
How about moving credit score module to bottom of list or allowing users to turn it off?

Technical trouble
Two things
number 1) unable to access my account on this app. It asked for a privacy policy disclosure when I attempt to accept it it will not except.
Number 2) via the website when attempting to do a E deposit I select my account and it opens up a page that says your session has expired. Please help please fix. .

Can’t Search Account History
They changed the app recently and there’s no way to search account history more than just several days.
