I didn’t know I wasn’t allowed to have 2 accounts. I had deposited and made about $30 on my second account still never got a refund for my money or nothing just froze my account with my $30 I need my money back that i deposited or there will be a lawsuit

I had used the app for just some fun things but decided to delete my account and had asked support (specifically an agent named Kevin) a question about if maybe I decided to redownload the app if I could use the app again or not. He answered my question and was genuinely gave me a very good explanation of how I could use the app if I had decided to redownload the game.
