Wasn’t in sync with my active membership
I had an active membership but the app didn’t reflect that and so I couldn’t access the gym . They should rename the app 24/7 issues.

Gym Access
Paid my membership and had no problems in the gym for a while until suddenly whenever I open gym access now I’m met with a grey screen and a message saying “Scan the access point!”. Camera access is allowed for the app, I’ve reinstalled the app and refreshed it multiple times, logged in and out and logged into a different device and still nothing. Can’t access the gym.

Doesn’t let me log in
I’ve tried to log in to the app, but it won’t let me, it would be nice to have an app like the PureGym one, where you can see classes in your gym and how many people are in the gym but a great start would be to let me log in, it’s definitely the right details because I’m able to log in online

Useless app
Old app was better
This app is such a downgrade from the old one - it’s slower, trying to scroll down a page randomly takes you out of the app to a webpage, the classes page now uses an awful calendar which is half cut off on the screen. It’s so much less professional than the old one. I don’t think this app has actually been tested on real phones and it really shows.
