App crashes when classes are available
At my gym there are popular classes that open up at 5:30am even though classe time is at 9am. Lately when I get up to register the app just crashes when the classes open at 5:30. I get an error saying that there’s an error registering for my class. Then I try to restart the app. I can’t even open the app again for another 8 minutes. Error message claiming connection time out. Please fix this.

Workout and Apple Watch Not Syncing??
So my workouts no longer sync with my Apple Watch anymore?? Granted I have the Apple Watch Ultra 1st with the latest 26.5OS but every time I uninstall and reinstall the watch app, it still doesn’t track my workout when the workout is running on the iPhone app. So I’m having to track the workouts through Apple Fitness (not cool).

They Should Update The App
I think this app should have a way to upload your own workout set.

Turns out free actually means $91. I signed up for a free month trial to check out the gym. I was charged $70 after 2 weeks that can’t be refunded. When I tried to cancel the membership I was told it can’t be done online and then I got rerouted to different places and people multiple times over several days only to find out they charge you another $21 to cancel your free trial membership without even telling you. Don’t believe the scum.

SCAMMERS!!
I explicitly told them not to connect my card and asked if I could pay in cash. They said yes. I was going to pay $20 on the card and $230 in cash, but when the payment didn’t go through, they told me to come back tomorrow. I clearly instructed them NOT to charge my card and that I would return another day.
Three days later, they took the full amount out of my card without any alert, notification, or permission. Terrible service and dishonest billing practices. Do not trust them with your card.

Can’t upload photo
Really frustrating, have tried uploading a picture of myself several times and continue to receive an error message. Have reached out to support with no response and makes checking into facilities really annoying.

Gym near me closed, only I could walk to and it’s pissing me off. Too broke for a car and now you close for a month, I’m ranting.

This app can suck sometimes while using it in the club. Cutting you off in the middle of your work out. Can’t resume the workout and stupid things like that! Steupesss!😡
App No Longer Works
I got a Keepfit+ membership just over a week ago and have been using the app to check in daily. For the past 24 hours now I have been unable to log into the app or check in via the app. It just gives me an error message, doesnt even go to the login screen. Super frustrating since I just got this membership and this is the only hassle-free way to check in.

App updates
Love you guys normally, but for the past two weeks, instead of logging in automatically and generating a QR code for me to quickly check-in, I’ve had to get a human to reset my login/password every single time I come into the gym. And the app doesn’t have a settings that I could find to do my own update, if that’s what the issue is. Can I recommend that you add a settings button so I don’t have to bug the staff who shouldn’t have to deal with me every time I walk in? Happy Mother’s Day.

Qr code is missing

The app doesn’t accurately reflect my check-ins or completed workouts. Additionally, the workouts have been changed for the worse. Why no number of sets and reps? Now I have to constantly check my phone to see the timer for each exercise. No timer when you’re in list view. When you toggle between video demo and list, the timer on the video restarts. The video demo disappears after a few replays. The workouts also pause on their own constantly. When you check off the last exercise on list view, all of the other check marks disappear.
