Disappointed with this. I love Mahjong games, but find this very awkward to play. Often what the game says is a matching pair is impossible to see as one of the tiles is buried under other tiles and you can only see a tiny portion of it (certainly not enough to see that it is a match!!). Paid £2.99 for this, tried to play it twice, and am now considering deleting it. Unless a serious update is going to be arriving soon??!!

  • Some bugs

Overall it's a nice mahjong. However, some bugs are really anoying.

    - when changing the tile layout after having finished another board, the game always breaks down, so I have to restart it.
    - in some layouts the game is buggy. It says that no options are available anymore and forces you to shuffle, even though there are options left.

  • Why does game run out of plays so frequently?

Decent game but why does it run out of plays all the time? Often get close to pairing all items but then get automatic message to either shuffle deck or start new game. No instructions in the game menu re: how plays are exhausted or option to skip this auto-function. Looking forward to the next update to fix this.

The free one is just as good. The only difference is that you get more tile layouts. Not worth the money
  • Almost every game unsolvable? Disappointed

After attempting several games I found I could not solve a lot of them. Maybe it's just me? Was even more frustrated to find that after only matching a few pairs there were more matches. Other times the game ended with only a few tiles left. A little disappointed.
  • Not Worth The Money

This app was very disappointing, especially for the cost. Worst $5 I ever spent. It has plenty of pretty tiles, backgrounds and layouts but the actual game play is awful. After removing only a few pairs of tiles you are constantly having to shuffle remaining tiles in hopes of getting a couple more matches. I would not recommend this for anyone who actually likes solving Mah Jong puzzles.

  • LOVE IT

well this game is awsome fun and it makes time go by supper fast which is alwYs good so no matter what this is am all around great game it has good graphics and so many different modes to play on!
  • Love it but ... Tileset Art?

Great fun and addictive. Quick and perfect graphics. However, how do you download different TileSet Art? You promote different tiles but after paying for the product I've only been able to use the original, Asian graphic. Please let us know how to access other artwork we have paid for. Also, your links to your website are not currently working. Look forward to hearing back from you.

  • Great fun

Awesome game of Mahjong. Lots of great tile sets and layouts to choose from. It can be difficult to see the layers/depth of the tiles. Expensive for $5 but lots of fun and replay value, nonetheless.
  • Best Mahjong!

Lovely app, definitely worth my five bucks (although at first I was not convinced, I soon changed my mind). Endless tile layouts, cool tile designs (to suit all tastes; my favourite are the Jade ones) and very cool backgrounds. I also love the sounds and the way you can pretty much customize the game to your personal liking, making the game all the more pleasant. My only regret is that unlike Moonlight Mahjong, you can't move the tiles around to get a different perspective and see hidden tiles that match without needing any hints. However, that does make the game more challenging at the same time, which is a plus in the sense that it makes you want to improve each time you play. Oh, and I love the rewards! Long story short, if you're gonna spend five dollars on a game, make it Shanghai Mahjong. :)
