We rented a car from the Atlantic City airport in Dec 5,2024. And as we drove away the dash starts flashing engine failure please return to service half way to our destination. We had to turn around and they gave us another vehicle, which we had no problem with. When we returned it we made sure the vehicle was cleaned. Because prior to returning it we emptied the vehicle and when I open the middle console we found a Jersey with blood stains on it in the trunk we found croc jibbits and water bottles in the third row. When we dropped it off we didn’t think anything and went on our way. Well the next day we get an alert that we are being charged a $150 charge so we called and they couldn’t give us a reason why first they said we had a car seat in the third row, mind you we are all grown adults. So we called back and the second person said he left trash which is a lie. So we asked to speak to a supervisor and they said someone would call us back till this day still waiting for that call. We called a third time and they are now saying we smoked weed because they found weed crumbs on the floor, no one smokes weed and they obviously don’t realize this is a rental and many people come in and out of the car. Asked to speak to another supervisor and nothing they hung up on us twice. Till this day I still don’t have a clear reason as to why we are being charged. And no return call from anyone. I will make sure my firm and I will never rent or recommend Enterprise Car Rental.

Horrible service

If I could give this place a 0 star I absolutely would!!! My family and I traveled here from Houston and was excited about trying out the food here. When we walked in we were greeted by the host with positivity and felt welcomed. She informed us that we could sit at any available table so that’s what we did. We sat at the table for about 10 minutes while several staff members continued to look at us and continue walking. Finally, I got up to see if any staff was available to serve us. The young lady that I asked for assistance did not even acknowledge me and proceeded to turn around and begin arguing with her co workers because she had “picked up the last 2 to 3 tables and is not the only one here.” After an additional 5 minutes went by, another young lady by the name of Sonya proceeded to the table with a terrible attitude. Did not even greet us or introduce herself. The first thing that came out of her mouth was “What can I get you to drink.” Nonetheless, we did not eat at this place of business. I will absolutely never come to this place of business again!

Unpleasant experience after 15yrs, Lost a loyal customer.

Order via SLICE… TWO chicken franchise. Requested separate containers. Pasta came with marinara sauce. Called and was disappointed with how 2 individuals spoke to me. Male said “ you requested separate containers Not what sauce I wanted” I was baffled since I was ordering Chicken Franchise, didn’t know I had to specified what sauce to put over the pasta. He then proceeded to say it’s my fault and he will be nice and give me the correct pasta but I had to go pick it up. All this while raising his voice. I said that’s unacceptable as I paid delivery & Fees. And the website didn’t specify that spaghetti pasta will automatically come with marinara sauce if you order it separately.(The website JUST gives ingredients of what The chicken franchise will come with) After back and forth he agreed he will have it delivered but I’ll have to wait since they’re re busy and doesn’t have drivers. 15years I been ordering from here, for parties, family gatherings & even school events. They have Lost my business. *** UPDATE: I ordered TWO Chicken franchise and they only sent ONE pasta order ***

Review botting should not be tolerated!

Yelp's developers have been spamming false 5-star reviews in the app store, this company is unethical to say at the very least. It would make me extremely happy if there some way to remove said app that was developed by con artists exclusively made to exploit Apple's platform. Doing such would force a long awaited update for this abysmal app and prevent their scam to continue on your platform.
Yelp is unusable on any other platform/ browser, why would they set up an platform that cannot be viewed online? They created Yelp just to funnel users to install their glorified reviewing app. I just want to make it clear that the creators of said app are using the Apple app store to pedal downloads by trafficking people from external sources and filling their app store page with biased data/information just to manipulate/trick unexpecting consumers. Such businesses practices are crazy unethical!
Please Apple, don't let such shady behavior go unnoticed and unregulated on your platform! As a regular patron of the AppStore, I refuse to mindlessly scroll through this store page of clear disapproval, from the reviews that are clearly sentient, of this atrocious and gratuitous leech of a business.
The sheer number of bots on this paige is utterly despicable. For those who have a conscience, unless you’re a Yelp developer, sorry for the rant.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I love love yalls food BUT the night shift customer service is so bad they are the most rude people I have ever encountered. We go almost every week and they always forget something and we have to go back in and get it. I just left this place and am so disappointed because the night shift drive thru lady was judging me and my family on how much sauce we order when we are the ones paying for it. This is unacceptable. When y’all first opened your Spring Green location the service was amazing but after the first week they started to get lazy and so judgmental. The attitudes are crazy. We also have went back inside to get 2 extra sauces that they forgot the first time, they went to the back and came back and handed me our bag and he said the sauces were in there so i assumed he did and when we got home we opened the bag and didn’t even add extra sauces in the bad so he completely lied. I am second guessing about coming back again because we do love your food so much just customer service needs to be reevaluated :)

Poor delivery service

Tonight we ordered a pizza through your website for delivery and since you contract through door dash door dash tried to cancel our order you then resubmitted our order for pick up at this point we had called the store and the person my husband talked to was not very helpful and let us know our food had come out of the oven like 5 minutes before they cancelled our pick up. So our pizza sat out for least 30 minutes waiting for a driver. I decided at that point to call back and get answers since there was still no driver as I was trying to give the store info on why I was calling we got a notification that our order was picked up. However the guy on the phone had a bit of attitude like he didn’t want to hear from me. While our pizza is not yet here I am sure that after 45 or so minutes of sitting out it will not be as warm or fresh anymore on top of horrible customer service. We paid 15 dollars extra in delivery fees and tip for delivery so this is super disappointing and leaves a bad taste about ordering food from you again.

Adding charges to my card without my permission

I purchased a ham online it said $53 and something and it was supposed to be a full pound ham. OK turns out I had the receipt I went to the went to pick up my ham so when I’m leaving, I’m going to another store or something they look at your bank account. I checked my bank account. They took out more money out of my card, don’t make sense of all you cannot charge anyone without their permission that’s fraud stealing if there was an issue with the payment they should’ve said call me and say there’s an issue with the payment to pay such as such a full ham and I have evidence it was only three point something ham it wasn’t even a full pound ham and district manager, whoever she was, she was very nasty. You could tell she’s white and race racist so I told her she can do that and call my bank and they are fighting and I’ll never order a honeybaked ham again I’m done. This was my second year I’m done, you have time to disrespect me or do something you’re not supposed to and then I’m calling a lawyer and we’ll see what happens but I will not order from honeybaked again.

Yelp can be fantastic

I say it can be fantastic because some people choose to not post positive reviews and try to disparage businesses with multiple reviews that are intentionally left to hurt the business. I think Yelp has done a better job of making sure that these reviews are accurate and also giving the business owners the opportunity to review the reviews, in some cases revoking the reviews which I believe a business owner should have the right to do. I will always use Yelp. I use it for everything that I search for to make sure that I get the best quality service the only way Yelp piggy get better is if we make it better by posting honest reviews, remembering the good service as well as the bad and including magic pictures that take us to the restaurant, so we can have the experience.

Encouraging App

let me tell you why I named this and encouraging app. I am at that age that people overlook. I am the new invisible person in the room. When I began doing these reviews because I felt like I am a pretty even keeled honest person and would give an accurate description. It kind of became life-changing. This comes with the responsibility that I identify with. And I really needed that right now I feel on this app people are seeing me and hearing me, and appreciating my input. So not only am I giving an honest representation of how I see these restaurants but I’m also giving acknowledgment which is something I didn’t realize how badly I needed. It’s been a win-win so when you read my reviews, please know how much I appreciate this appand how responsible I am in my opinions and reviews. I give every place I go to a second chance, and this app gave me mine.

My Go-To for Honest, Reliable Reviews!

The Yelp app has become a must-have on my phone. Whether I’m looking for a great new restaurant, a local service, or even hidden gems in a city I’m visiting, Yelp has it all.
