Great App, great support!
I have been using it since it came out, it does what it promises and more.
And lately I found out the support is equally good, after a self inflicted problem.

Nice lightweight database browser.
I've been trying to get my Readerware booklist onto my iPhone in a useable way for over a year. In the end, I had to create a web page with all my books on it, and access it using Safari. Hardly ideal, but it was the best I could come up with.
CSV Touch solves my problem perfectly. I simply export my Readerware list in CSV format, upload the file to iDisk, point CSV at it and I've got a locally-stored inventory of my library, sortable by title, author, publication date, etc.
Sure, I'd like to see a few more features, but those will no doubt come along in future. For now, CSV Touch is everything I need.

Excellent neat app
Great idea well implemented. Saves me struggling to load and navigate XLS when in meeting or on the road.
Also so much data can be exported as CSV data. Provided you are familiar with doing this and using a column /row presentation of your data, this is really excellent viewer for that.
Data collections, sales records, forecasts, ops reports, customer lists and reports. Endless possibility.
Good job! Well worth the money.

Very Happy user
I tried the lite version first, and found that it worked as advertized so for 1.99 you cannot go wrong. I have a database of about 400 Clients that I wanted on my iPhone. I first purchased HanDbase and while it was quite powerfull it did not integrate with iPhone in that you could not dial directly from database or link to mail from it. This is a big negative as you have open database memorize or jot down the phone number then go to phone dial then call, same with email.
CSV Touch however does link to mail and phone so that one tap opens to mail or dials for you.
So if you only need read access to a db on your iPhone with ability make a call or send email CSV Touch is a must have app.

CSV Touch is very useful
CSV Touch is one of the most useful apps on my iPod touch. I've set it up to access CSVs containing information about my collections, and also Web server logs and other logs of performance metrics for servers. It is so handy to be able to access this information on the go and update it with ease!
It would be cool if CSV Touch could seamlessly import data from Google Spreadsheets as well as data from CSVs downloaded via HTTP. Maybe in Version 3? But it's great as it is. I use it all the time.

Well done and extremely handy
Fantastic tool. After some fiddling with the format, it's happily grinding through my complete record & CD collection (6000+ items, 26 fields, 1.5Mb CSV) without a hiccup. The list consistently launches or re-sorts in under ten seconds. I thought I'd have to trim the export down to a small subset of the fields I track, but I just kept adding them and it just kept loading them. Now I've got basically the entire database in my pocket -- wonderful!

Almost perfect for my pupose
Easy to use. Searches are quick. Only thing I wish it could do is to be able to change on the fly the column which it groups on. Currently you have to reorder the columns because it only groups on the first column.
Great For CSV Databases
I use this to keep track of simple CSV databases like book and game lists. Would be 5 stars if you could edit the CSV data directly rather than having to re-import any changes.
Impossible to use
This app uses comma separated values for its import format. Probably the worst possible choice as there is no standard format for these files and this app seems particularly finicky about the format. I spent well over an hour trying to massage a simple file into a form this app would successfully import. Never succeeded. Don't waste your time with this like I did.

Serves my needs
I use this app for referencing my CD collection, which I've cataloged in Excel. I've got well over 12,000 records, and this app handles them flawlessly, though it takes a little while to start up. Downloading and refreshing the file was pretty easy, since I've got a MobileMe account. Interface is pretty plain, but it serves my needs.
