No longer functional

This app used to be great but they changed something and now it just goes to a blank white screen with a spinning circle when searching, never returning a result. If I try to look up ones In the recent history area, it says that I haven’t unlocked my contacts for this to function yet, yet there is zero places to “fix” the issue that was never an issue before the app broke! It’s useless to try and contact customer support because every link they offer to contact them goes to a webpage that doesn’t work. If you do finally get the email format to come up , when I send the email it is immediately sent back with an unknown address warning. Today I saw there was an update for the app and assuming it was the fix, I updated it only to find it still does the same thing! What exactly were the “bug fixes” that were “fixed” in this latest update then? I can assure you the biggest bugs are still So yeah.. I’m canceling my subscription. I wasn’t able to use even one of my 20 prepaid lookups this month. Thanks developer guys, for dropping the ball on this app!

Very accurate and helpful in searches and information on all generations in learning about distant relatives and their histories to the present day ones .

FRAUD ALERT !! DO NOT PURCHASE PREMIUM

Do not purchase anything from this APP it’s a strait up scam . Takes the money from iTunes but nowhere does it allow you to CREATE a account so being you don’t magically have one out of thin air you CAN NOT access your premium services only PAY for them !!! Then you have to be very deep into the PC website to even find a number to call to which they tell you “ unfortunately since you do not have a account we can’t see anything for you or your “ account” as well as you will not have access to your premium services , but you can contact iTunes for a refund “ when I pushed further by saying this is a SCAM all iTunes has to do is say no they become rude and I was told “ sir I do this 10 times a day everyday I know how this works “ any other day I would’ve just let the $5 go . So imagine how many people do that and just let the company keep the money ?? I can’t imagine very many people at all would go to the depths I did to get a number for them so for ONE operator to tell me she receives 10 identical calls a day everyday means the actual number of people being scammed is a tremendous number . Best part is I’m on the line with iTunes now and they’re saying they may not even be able to do the request because white pages piggy backed the charge on top of a monthly subscription I actually can use so they may not be able to isolate the charge to refund it .

You should have been prompted to create an account as part of the purchase process, but it seems that something went wrong. Using white pages

Paid annual fee and was unable to access information. Unable to contact white pages. The email support does not allow me too send an email because I am unable to put in my correct phone number due to an Era in the template structure. There is no phone number to contact customer support. I am able to cancel my subscription but I am still charged for the year and the cancellation won’t go through until another year from now.I initially gave one star and this application would not allow me to send the email. When I gave five stars the send button highlighted and I am now able to send the email. I would not recommendTo anyone because there seems to be some funny business going on. If my email is inserted properly I will put in another message if the explanation for what has happened is acceptable.

BAD REALLY SCAM .... FREE

FASTPEOPLESEARCH IS FREE and they give you WAY WAY MORE INFORMATION THEN this whitepages steelers. First of all, talking about the app, I didn’t know that by just typing a name was count as one of the 20 searches. How I’m i supposed to know if that’s the actual person I’m looking for with no previous feedback. Example, There’s 1000s of people with Juan Martinez name in Texas How I’m I supposed to know if that’s the one I’m looking for if they don’t give a little feedback/background to make sure you want to use one of the 20 limited searches???? I press on the 20 first guided by the (AGE ONLY) NOT KNOWING THAT, that was a actual search of the 20 limited searches a month. This is bs !!! Fastpeopleserch gives you way more information for FREE. I ask for a refund and they didn’t give it to me! Even though I had paid for the plan twice because in the app they don’t let you make a account. SCAM ...

Rip-off

I have spent over $700 in pro subscription and background purchases in the last 3 years. A week ago I was kicked from my account and unable to login. I contacted customer service and was notified that my account had been bugged through their system and I would not be able to log back in or receive a refund. I have called back a few times to try to log back into my account but each time have been told that I am unable to and also unable to use the same email to use a new account, which is my only email. The customer service has been no help at all and has only told me the same things and told me that it’s unable to use. I have 650+ contacts and now am not able to use my account which is my main app for work. 2 weeks later and no refund and no way to make a new account since I have one email address. Will be finding a new system for background reports.

Unauthorized payments

I downloads this app and did the free trial and only to find out that this all does not give accurate info I canceled my subscription the same day I downloaded which means I should not be getting no charged from this company and it has been 2 months since I canceled and removed this app and this company is still billing me and I an in the process of finding out how to report them because now it appears that they are stealing money from me with these unauthorized Payments so to everyone do not download this app the service is not what you are looking for the info they pull up is not at all correct and they will continue to take your money after you have canceled your subscription but they are going to refund me and stop taking money from my account in t ASAP

No longer useful

I have relied on this app to help me find an address for a friend or relative for years. Now because of an update or whatever, I can no longer do this. At all. Not a single address. Unless I have premium access. I’m so frustrated that I had the perfect little address app that was so helpful and has now changed into something that I didn’t download. When I downloaded this app years ago, I wasn’t looking for something that required me to purchase a premium account to access the information I was looking for. I downloaded it to use as it was developed at that time. You completely changed it. I’m upset because what was working great no longer works AND upset because I’m wasting more of my time writing this stupid review that isn’t going to change anything.

Unwanted Auto Subscription

I sign up a year ago, but did not use the service but a few times. I took my bank card information off of the billing service and stop using it all together. A year later I get a bill for $112 for a service that I did not sign up for an auto service nor did I want. Even though I took my card information off, if you read their very long disclaimer, it says they’ll charge you anyways if you log into the service. So, I logged in to see why the charge, just so I could find that part. Btw, they will use your bank account info, so it doesn’t matter if you take off the card info. I’ve written them; I’ll update as to what/how this goes from here.

Update: no change; they are trying to say that I will have to pay for another year. I’ve even verified that I had the auto renew turned off. Do not get this app. They will charge you rather you want it or not. The service that I received was not good.

If you are an Investigator you will not be able to get any usable information.

Update: I was refunded the full amount that was charged to my account.

Satisfied

I am very satisfied with the yellow/white pages app. It’s a bit sad that for the price I paid (yearly price), that I can only unlock contact info for twenty (20) people. For the price, unlimited should be what I get. I have not even seen any packages to buy with unlimited searches. I’ve been being cyber bullied & use this service to unlock information about who is calling/texting me. Unlimited would be great. I’m disabled, Preferably only a dollar or so more than the limit of 20 unlocks/month im getting now. It also does not tell me anywhere I have looked, a date when my month resets...
