You should have been prompted to create an account as part of the purchase process, but it seems that something went wrong. Unwanted Auto Subscription
Update: no change; they are trying to say that I will have to pay for another year. I’ve even verified that I had the auto renew turned off. Do not get this app. They will charge you rather you want it or not. The service that I received was not good.
If you are an Investigator you will not be able to get any usable information.
Update: I was refunded the full amount that was charged to my account.
