Can't complaint.

I looked at myself in a christmas picture . I could
Not believe how heavy I became. I could not get myself to work out. Who wants to work out after working a jackhammer all day. I needed motivation. So I download three apps. This one the get fit app and a calorie counter. You have to do a steady 23 days for it to work. Don't blame the app if you don't follow it through. Well I'm now working out 35 pounds lighter. I'm watching my calories. You do not have short change yourself on what you want to eat just how much You eat in a day. On good days I reward myself and on bad day I don't.

I love this guy!

But I wish I could stay awake long enough to listen to more than "my
Name is Andrew Johnson". I KID YOU NOT. That's ALL I hear and I'm OUT COLD. Maybe I'm just tired. Lol. I sure hope this app works subliminally. I'm going to set it to repeat tonight for a few hours. I lost 33 lbs last year and I want to lose another 25 this year. I also have his deep sleep app and his free Relax app. Love them all. Sure wish he had either a podcast or a package price for all his apps. I'd buy it instead of paying $3/app.

Nevermind. He's got a couple audiobooks. I may buy them too. :-)

Life changing app!

I gave this a go recently and have since purchased a bunch more of Andrew's apps as it has really helped me curb my appetite. I have stopped overeating since the day I started with my meals now consistently smaller without feeling deprived. In fact I am eating a quarter of my portions now and feeling just as full as what I used to. Its been a real find as I was going to the gym but it wasn't coming together with portion control. I have since been feeling less out of control with my eating and more motivated to go back to the gym. Highly recommended!

Fat-nastic!

I listened to a lot of self-hypnosis aps before I found the voice I could listen to, and wouldn't jar with me. Andrew's lovely lilting, gentle and soothing voice was just perfect for me!
At first I noticed the 3-stage (relax, process, waken) recording, but once I was aware of it, it didn't bother me. The relaxation bit was amazing, and (as has been said before) I had to listen to it in the morning to hear what was said, as I kept falling asleep before the main bit.
The first day I noticed I wasn't attacking the biscuit tin, and on my 'pizza night' I didn't really fancy pizza, but had something healthier instead! I haven't stopped eating all sweet or greacy foods, but am finding that I don't want more than a little taste :-)  So that's a great start.
Also, I've found myself being more active, so I imagine I'll be losing a bit this way, as well as not putting it on...working both ways (an unexpected bonus!)
Reckon, for those who gave up ...keep listening!

So relaxing!

Thank you Andrew what a gift you have. I haven't slept so well in years. Not only is this app worth it for its relaxation alone, it also truly helps bring mindfulness to eating habits. Worth the money!

Not what it says

Brought this and have listened a couple of times and there is no mention of weight loss it just relaxes you then stops.

Fantastic app!

Andrew's voice is so soothing and calming, and the relaxation techniques he guides you through are so simple and yet so incredibly effective - I am often asleep within minutes of starting the playback. Normally I toss and turn for hours in bed, but this app effectively stops me over-thinking and stressing out and helps me completely relax. Not only by listening to it every night is this app helping me get to sleep, but it is actually affecting my food cravings, and I am eating much more sensibly now than I was before I started. I no longer crave the naughty foods that I previously would have indulged in - I am eating healthily and actually enjoying it! I cannot recommend this app enough - and for just $3.00 it's an excellent bargain. Thank you, Andrew!

It works for me!

I bought this app on Oct 4, 2011 because I heard them talking about it on the radio. (joking about it not advertising). But at this point I was desperate. No matter what I tried I couldn't lose weight. The first 2 weeks nothing happened but I figured I have nothing to lose so I kept with it. Now it's been almost 2 months and I have lost 9 lbs. I eat 5 times a day and as strange as it sounds I look forward to eating a snack of celery and carrots. I still every now and then will take a bit of a cake or brownie but I don't enjoy them as much as I use to. So I figure why eat it and I stop. I never review apps but I'm so happy with this one I just had to write!

The kryptonite to chocolate cravings!

I work hard to eat healthy and exercise very regularly. I've noticed however, that my success with dieting is because I'm skilled at avoiding unhealthy foods. I actually have no self control- I just don't buy them so they aren't in my house. IF my fiancΓ© happens to bring home cookies, chocolate or ice cream, however, I'm a lost cause. It's like the food is calling my name until I give in. That's where this app helped SO much! I bought it because my mom came to visit and left my house full of chocolate and cookies. Today, I walked right past all the sugary stuff numerous times and didn't even give it a second glance! Woohoo!!!! Finally- the whispers of the sugar gremlins have been silenced!

Loving it!

Nice friendly, calm, reassuring voice. Really helps me fall asleep. After just a week the food cravings I've struggled with for so long are gone. We have an office full of Halloween candy and couldn't care less. Losing weight gradually. Thanks!
