It truly works

I listen to this when falling asleep most nights, or if I'm taking a nap. It helps me relax and sleep more deeply, and I can honestly say that it's helped me stick to my diet and exercise plan. I've lost ten pounds in six weeks, mostly because I am more motivated to eat healthfully and to exercise. It's helped curve my cravings and stress eating, which were big problems for me. I greatly prefer this over the Lite version because you can vary the length of the induction, have the main messages play over many times if you want, and you have the option of an "awaken" section that brings you back to full wakefulness, feeling refreshed. Can't recommend this enough!

Works for headaches!

I have frequent migraines & this program is often more effective at relieving headaches than my prescription migraine meds. I usually just do the instructions & long induction & feel much better after.

As for weight loss, I rarely listen to that portion of the program because I am put off by the emphasis on avoiding "fatty foods." I believe my issue is portion control & emotional eating, not so much fat content, and I think that goes for a lot of people. It's too bad the program isn't more focused on that aspect rather than just cutting out certain types of food, which I think is not effective in the long term.

That said, I still highly recommend this program as a headache relief/relaxation tool.

It really works

I have been a gym rat, dieted, exercised at home, bought home gym equipment, tried online support groups. Until the last 10 years it all worked, then nothing I did worked. I woke up craving food, watching tv I craved food, it took over my head. After listening to this just once I noticed a calmness, I've been using it for about 10 days now and it really works for me. The cravings are gone! I listen to it when I lay down to sleep at night. I sleep deeply and wake up refreshed. It's worth a try.

Still love it

I felt I should write a follow up review eleven days into using this app. I've been listening to it nightly, and have been tracking calories and exercise with another app called Lose It. I feel awesome. This nightly session leaves me feeling calm and resolved in my decision to say no to foods I know are detrimental to my health and weight. I finally feel like I have found a winning combo to help me attain long time fitness goals I've never been able to achieve. His voice is relaxing, but I do find it best to listen to at a lower volume so that the pronunciation of certain words isn't as jarring.
