Helpful problem solving when things don’t work

I bought an audio book to use with the app. I can’t download it. I can’t change my password for the website to try and fix the problem with the app. I can’t contact anyone to ask for help. AI answers just point me back to things I have already tried unsuccessfully. This is really not a great experience for me at all.

Awful on iPad OS 17
I have very few Kobo books so far - I’ve been a Kindle user for far longer - but I don’t feel like persevering with Kobo - but reading shouldn’t be something that needs you to persevere with the physical book itself. I really think I’ll stick with Kindle in future.

TTS doesn’t work right
Update: I contacted support and they asked me to…. reinstall the app. 🤦♀️ Then after going in circles, they asked me to explain what TTS was. Please fix this issue already. The built in TTS on iOS reads continuously on every other reading app, including kindle, until I pause it. It’s just Kobo that is affected.
