Requires Purchase Restore Every Time App Is Opened
I used to really enjoy app from this company. When they went to prescription service I was fine with it because it’s worth paying for updates, extra content etc.. However every single time I open the app now it asks me to buy the full version even though I have a monthly membership. I have to hook to the internet and click restore purchases. UPDATE: The developer reached out to me to address the problem. They were very helpful. The app works perfectly now. I highly recommend this app for your little one. It is wonderful minus the hiccup.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I paid for this app a while ago. It had block letters, cursive, shapes and numbers. Now it’s asking for a subscription purchase??? I either want my money back for access to the content I paid for. And yes, I tried the restore purchases which didn’t work. This isn’t the first time you all have done this. Update. I reset my phone after deleting the app and was able to finally restore the purchase. There is a glitch where I’m having to restore every single time my kids exit the app, but I contacted support and was told an update would be released soon to fix that issue. The app itself is wonderful and my kids love playing and learning through play.
I previous purchased this before the change in model and now I only have the lite version. I don’t mind paying for a subscription to the new content but I’d like my children to have access to the content I paid for. Pretty disappointed since I feel like I threw my money awayShow lessBox2007

I bought the full version of this app a while ago for my son. Had access to many shapes block letters and cursive writing but now i cant even access the app. Its asking me to buy the full version which i previously did or to get a subscription. Why would i pay for something i already paid for again. Either give me back my access or give back the money.
Update: You “Restore Purchase” button that you ask me to “just click on” doesn't work. All it does is freeze the app. I had already sent a message to you customer support and tried your restore button before the review. You want me to change the rating? Great app, was totally worth the price. Then during their latest refresh they changed it to a monthly subscription service. At such a ridiculous price and sketchy history of bait and switch I would not at all recommend you do business with them.
Update: after working with support we were able to restore my purchase which didn’t work automatically for some reason.

We're sorry to hear you feel this way. Please beware we provide the app subscription-free for all those users who previously purchased it so we don't ask them for money again. As for the change of business model, we have added much more content that is extremely expensive to design and implement. We added the whole new spelling component and we're currently working on more (as seen in the app) so that we can make a complementary material that is useful for kids throughout their education years and not just in a kindergarten.Disappointed
The “Restore Purchase” button does not work. It freezes the app which leaves my 4 year old screaming at me to fix it EVERY TIME THIS APP IS USED.m0m0f4!

Used to be a great game before the masters update. Now they blocked subjects behind a subscription service. Like seriously, I want to pay one time for it, not every month or year.Pikaninja12

The change of this model was necessary concerned the amount of stuff we have just added and we are still working on - creating that much stuff is time and budget consuming and the subscription enabled us to track the demand for continues improvements of the content.
