Lousy.
This app lost me a LOT of photos. Whoever thought out the process of transferring photos from your library to the app did a terrible job. You tap the “+” add your photos from the library and then it doesn’t tell you what to do AT ALL! You think you have transferred them, but you haven’t. You delete the originals, go back to the “safe”🤣 and they are gone! One of the worst for going through the process and then being left high and dry.Show lessSvenTviking
Very useful
I have used Photo safe for must be nearly 20 years always found it realisable and always kept my photos safe and secure. The same can be said for video safe the only thing I would like put back into the edit function would be the ability to rearrange the order of photos and videos very recommended
And I would like a reply from support regarding Face ID not working with the app it works on all other apps but stopped on photo safe when I got my iPhone 14 pro maxShow lessIan4190
Great but needs tweaking
Great app that needs slight improvements. The decoy pic section needs to take a pic of the snoop and shut off. I’d prefer it takes a pic of the snoop to be able to confront them about breaking our trust promise if I’m right. A third passcode for a partitioned folder would be great.strongolongo

Stuck in a perpetual sign in loop
I have sworn by this app for years…but for the last month, when I log in it gets stuck in a perpetual sign in loop rendering me unable to access any of my photos. When you click on “app support” it just takes you back to the login screen which is now precluding me from getting support. So frustrated that I’m unable to access my stuff in a time of need.Show lesslivy🦄🦋🦄🦋
Love this app but confused..
So I have been using your app basically since lunch. I’ve already had one discrepancy where you did a security update many years ago and I got locked out of my app and lost so many photos. I recently had an issue since iOS 16 came out and lost a batch of back ups. After doing a lot of restoring, I finally was able to get back into the app and recover use of my latest photos. I have not had an issue for years until now. I tried to import my photos back into the app like I have in the past without a problem except now they show up in the app on my computer through iTunes, but not actually in the app. I also keep getting prompt to all of a sudden subscribe.. I paid for this app a long time ago. I go through restore purchases, and the subscription goes away, but lingers in the settings and still nothing works accordingly. Love the app but I hate when you forget your password it doesn’t have a forget password and when that does it sends it to your email and you can redo it. I forgot mine and I don’t want to delete the app and lose my picturespotato says hi
