Password Ineffective
My password function does not work at all. Any 4 digit number unlocks the app. I’ve tried to contact the app manufacturer and never got a response.TruthBeTold💯
Can’t add photos.
No longer works. I am no longer able to add photos. When I try it responds with “no photos” when I have hundreds of them.Poor speler
All data lost !!
As a result of updating software to ios 15 all images & videos have been lost/deleted 😡.. no response from app providers.. all apps via iTunes should be compatible regardless not acceptable to just loose everything- all backed up in iCloud made no difference!! I used this app for years with no major issues. Yes sometimes it’s quirky but I can deal. New phone. Restored. NOTHING!!! I AM BEYOND ANGRY right now!fire_chic_911

I love this app! I’ve had it for many years! It crashed on me and I lost all me pictures a few years ago but when you updated the app they all came back!
I recently lost all my pictures once again.
Can you please up date this app as soon as possible ?I'm very nostalgic

DO NOT USE THIS APP !!!
Apparently I accidentally put my Netflix account and password in this app to secure it while out camping, all of a sudden my Netflix account gets hacked I do believe it’s from in-house of the developer a guy name Gus.
Winnie and changed my email and add it for other users the only way I found out was he upgraded to premium package which was charged to my credit card…. So Gus you have been turned in.

I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!
I trusted this app and i saved a lot of important pictures on here and one day my app just stopped working and i had no choice but to delete it and try to restore again and nothing good happen, all my bn pics were deleted and i try to contact you 3x and you guys keep ignoring me. All i want is to know if it’s possible to retreat my pictures back and how even if i have to pay for it. At least write back so i know what’s going on.Show lessBarberGeeks
