Saved my brain from tinnitus onset!
When my tinnitus first developed, I used this app to distract myself from its ever-presence. Someone told me your brain can only pay attention to a handful of distinct sounds. NatureSpace’s “river dreaming” was/is the ticket to get that number of distinct sounds increased so you can catch a break from that incessant, unwelcomed noise in your ears. I still have tinnitus, but this app helped my to learn to live with it. Playing river dreaming just on my phone’s built in speakers at the lowest possible volume setting is enough to get me to stop perseverating long enough for sleep to descend. The best relaxation app hands down
This is by far the best relaxation / natural / nature sounds app out there. The 3D spatial audio is incredible - you really feel you are in these environments. Amazing value for money as well. I fall asleep really easily with this app and the supporting notes for each track give you ideas on what to focus on and visualise things in the 3D world you are transported to.

Great App!
I use this app every night to help me fall asleep. There are many tracks, in addition to those specific to sleeping/insomnia, that provide relaxation and the “cleansing” of the accumulated noise rattling around in my brain. I’ve tried other apps for my nightly ritual but always come back to this one. The tracks are very realistic and the variety provide something for everyone. The pricing per track is inexpensive and set up in a way that allows you to choose which tracks you enjoy the most. This is a much better option, in my opinion, than a monthly/annual subscription. A perfect match for audiobooks
This app is incredible. Tons of nature sounds to choose from. Loops are not repetative and honestly I can't even distinguish where any of them start and end. The best part about this app is that you can mix the audio with other audio on your device. It is so wonderful to listen to nature sounds in the background while listening to an audiobook. I had been searching for this for so long and finally found it! Also - the descriptions of each nature sound work amazingly as a meditation/journalling/writing prompt. Mask Tinnitus, ease insomnia
I’m a Desert Storm Veteran with many health issues. Among them are Tinnitus, insomnia, and difficulty concentrating. When I bought a new iPhone, my library of sounds was gone. Customer service was fantastic and fast and helped me restore my library. I have a few that are my “go to” at the moment. Several for tinnitus masking that also work for sleep. I love the sleep timer. I’ve had the app for several years. The new train sounds are much appreciated. Now the only thing missing is a purring cat... Thanks for a great app!Show lessMonstrousEgotist
Best Nature Sound App Period
While it's hopelessly out of date and has weird issues with Airplay, it's still the best collection of real nature sounds available. Worth every penny.SanityFox
Used for nearly as long as they’ve been around
And I love it! I have it on both my iPhone and my iPad. I’ve taken this with me all over the world and cannot sleep without it. I even used it on a cruise ship because I love going to sleep to the sound of waves. On two cruises my cabin-mates didn’t realize we were in the port because of the sound of the waves - lol. I personally have had some issues restoring purchases, not knowing where to click but their support has always been spot on, very understanding and generous with me. It’s no easier than when I had my iPhone 4s. I wish all apps had as good as support as they do. I’ve used different speakers with it and it always sounds consistently well. I found my new Sony speaker is even more realistic than my old JBL. Again, I have use this app on a couple of cruises, in several countries and multiple continents and I can consistently sleep no matter where I am thanks to this appShow lessVeronicad1
Lovely audio
I finally have been able to redownload this app and all my tracks after years of not having an Apple device. It’s just as lovely as I remember, good for background noise whilst working or to help fall asleep. I hope it never goes away!nomoresammiches
