  • Long time user

I have used Naturespace for years and cannot recommend it more highly. The audio content is clear, beautiful and non repetitive. I’ve also had to redownload my purchases throughout multiple phone changes, and the support staff has always been patient and amazing (I was a bit snippy the first time I contacted them as my purchases were quite pricey and I thought I had lost access.)

This app has added to my life so much. It’s just such a high quality peaceful portal to the natural world that we’re not all blessed to inhabit on the daily.

Bravo to the team that’s created this app.

  • COVID-19 social distancing has us at home more often

Studies show that humans experience health benefits, including reduced stress hormone levels and better moods, when they spend time in nature. But sheltering in place has made it harder to get outdoors for many of us. It turns out that listening to nature sounds, especially high fidelity recordings like this app offers, can give you a lot of the same benefits! I started using this app in August, 5 months into sheltering in place, and it has really given solace during these tough times. I like to take a 20-minute nature break to just lay back on the couch and bliss out in the forest. Very restorative.

  • A holodeck, Talos IV if you’re a Star Trek fan you’ll understand what I’m talking about

I use this app to relax and for coming up with creative ideas for my novels. I’d like to make a couple of suggestions. How about someone riding through really need to rain on horseback. Like for instance winding through narrow trails and wide spacious countryside and stuff like that. I would love a horseback riding experience full of all of natures different-sounding terrains: rough and smooth, straight and narrow, wide and spacious, mountain and valley. Maybe even splashing through a brook or crick. I would love to experience those things since chronic illness and disability has made it impossible for me to do those things in real life. sound.
Another thing I would really love to experience again, since these illnesses have made it impossible: sitting in a house of beautiful wood with a lot of like a wood panelled house maybe on the porch, petting a cat listening to it purring and hearing the rain or Birdsong or whatever around the house. Not a stone house. I love the sound of rain on wood.

  • Gorgeous UI Gorgeous sound

I have many apps for white noise. This is hands down the best I have found. The UI is easy, beautiful and mentally intriguing. The holographic sounds are fantastic on head phones or earbuds. I have a busy household with many hard echoey surfaces and cannot function with out a midday nap. The textured white noise files are fantastic to sleep or meditate right through electronic noises and slamming doors around the house- even with the door to my own room ajar. I love that some files are actively storied and perfect for a vacation via imagination. Also the sound sources are truly dimensional and immersive. Seriously love the variety and quality and I do not regret purchasing the big bundle. Highly recommend!

  • The Best Soundscapes

I have been using this app for several years. It is hands down the best sound app out there (and I have tried a dozen or more other ones). The variety of sound scapes offered is exceptional. One for every mood or purpose whether that is sleep, study, meditation or just background ambience. This is not a cheap sound scape of the same wave looped endlessly. Every track is 20 minutes or more long so you experience it as real. These tracks are not cheap recordings of eight seconds of a river, a few chirps or wind looping on and on. After a while those knock odds becomes monotonous and irritating, rather than soothing and immersive. I sleep every night, all night to one of the dozens of sound scapes. This app is a work of love and genius. Get this app - you won’t regret it.

  • A world of sound

I’ve had my fair share of times that I forgot this app existed on my phone, or life just got too busy to stop and reflect, but one thing has remained constant: the passionate quality of these audio environments. They’re there for the quiet moment that’s too quiet, or when you need to close your eyes and take a sound vacation, or when your tinnitus won’t quit and you need to sleep, or when you just want the crackle of a fire to drift off to sleep to. I purchased the complete collection a few months ago on sale and I am thoroughly pleased with the amount of value in this app.

Just invest a few bucks in some tracks, guys. It is bloody worth it.

  • Great value

I’ve used this app for years and years and years both for sleep and to block out distractions when I really need to concentrate. Can’t speak highly enough of the quality of each track I’ve purchased over the years.
  • I love this app! Beautiful work!

This is my first app review, I enjoy this app so much I felt inspired to share and get it the attention deserves.

I live with the effects of CPTSD- meaning my nervous system is highly sensitive and I’m easily affected by sounds and surrounding noises. This sensitivity often times makes it tough to fully relax -and focus on things that matter- sometimes because I’m busy just trying to calm down.

    The power of this app:
access to such awesome sound scapes has completely transformed the feeling of my home environment. I keep these soundscapes on in the background on low during the day whenever I’m home and I use them at night and in the morning to wake up with ease. The soothing lull of natural white noise has been a game changer to my sensitive system. I’m now sleeping better and feeling more relaxed during the day- I even find difficult tasks have become more doable and even fun with these great sound experiences as the backdrop.

I also enjoy the attention to detail put into the track descriptions- you can really feel the care put into this body of works. I work helping other people(living with the affects of trauma or stress) to find effective solutions to improve and increase experiences of daily peace in their lives- and I’m definitely going to be referring them to this app!!!

Thanks so much for what you’re doing, keep it up!

    Grateful,
    Danielle

  • Naturespace, An App Like No Other

I downloaded Naturespace a few days ago after accidentally running across it in the App Store. As the description states, Naturespace's user interface is extremely VoiceOver-friendly which is a huge plus if you are blind like me. The sound quality is unparalleled, especially when using headphones, and the tracks' titles and descriptions are very creative. I purchased the Complete Collection earlier today, and the diverse, expansive selection of soundscapes blew me away. The only problem I noticed thus far is that purchasing the Complete Collection does not unlock future releases, but I hope that will change sometime in the near future. Aside from that, I highly recommend Naturespace to anyone who has an appreciation for binaural, spatious, and unique soundscapes. You will not regret it!
