Totally off

I have been a terrible sleeper my entire life so I got this app to hopefully gain some insight into my sleep. It gives me these magnificently high sleep scores in the high 90s even if I know I’ve gotten up several times at night. It isn’t reliable unfortunately,

Awesome App

I’ve been using this app for about two months now it’s very easy to use. I love the fact that it gives me the noise level information. I’ve been able to control the noise levels prior to going to sleep, which makes me fall asleep faster and get a better night’s rest. I give this App 2 thumbs up.

Steady app but the AI has gone rogue.

Lots of weird answers. I just want straightforward summary and contextualization of my night.

Also, many of the wake ups I actually Have are not counted as actual wake ups. I’m using my watch so it should be pretty accurate.

Devs can’t be trusted

If they can’t be up front and honest about pricing, they definitely can’t be trusted with recordings of you and access to all your health data. Research this scum company before giving them your data!

Shouldn’t need to point out all the research on how harmful ads and “interruptions” are within the first hour of waking up, especially to a company that claims to research sleep. These people are scum trying to manipulate people first thing in the morning. Can’t believe I paid money for this trash.

Response from developer

Hi there! As an early adopter, you have access to the same features you had at the time of the purchase, and sadly not any features we have released since. They cost us more money to produce and therefore require a premium subscription. As an early adopter, you however have access to the premium features for a lower price than what new users have!

Bombarded with ads

Still bombarded with splash screens and banners for their upgrades and products and proms even when I bought the app years ago. Have an option to turn off promos in settings!

Hi there! Sadly, it is not possible to remove or avoid the paywall prompt that appears. We understand the frustration and will forward your feedback.

Easy wake up phase no longer works

I’ve had this app for around a decade. My favorite part of it was the easy wake up phase. Sadly, this has not been working for at least the last several months or more. I miss being woke up NOT during REM sleep. Now, it just wakes me up at the end time the alarm is set to. Big bummer.

App has become spammy

This used to be a great app. Now I can hardly use it because there is constantly a pop-up overlaid on top of the UI. And as of today they have started sending push notifications to get me to purchase premium. It’s not why push got enabled for the app and is a quick way to find yourself deleted and—shockingly—with a brand new one-star review.

Excessive and intrusive ads

Have been using this app for years. Now it’s running an ad every single day right before i go to bed with a tiny little “x” that i have to click if i want to set the alarm.

Hi there! Please reach out to us at Support@sleepcycle.com so we can take a closer look at this!

Actual Sleep Tracking is Off

I’ve been using this app for quite sometime and was pleased but lately the app indicates awake times that are absolutely off. First it tells me it takes almost three hours to fall asleep when I’m always asleep after mere minutes, and the resulting sleep quality is way low and seemingly inaccurate. Next the app always confuses brief clearing my throat with actual coughing so that statistic seems wrong. And then there is the actual amount of time I’m asleep vs time in bed for the night which never seems to make any sense. I understand changes and updates have been made in the recent past but these don’t seem to be as helpful as they have turned out to be detrimental. With no better clarity, I’m ready to bail out and try a different app. Can you address these problematic issues and offer more and better clarity? If not, I will not renew. Thank you.
