Christie's app offering auction estimates? That is a brilliant idea but sadly it does not presently work. Surprising coming from an auction house such as Christie's to release a buggy app. Please stop wasting people's time and fix it.Franz Sonik
Lovely application, but...
The app is app is simple, clean and easy to use, unless you are looking to quickly upload a piece for valuation. After multiple tries to send in the form with pictures, I became extremely frustrated. It must be either a problem from the update to the app in October 2014 or a unwritten way to slow down the faux pax requests for reviews of their items. I suggest they let the developers know so that it can be quickly updated or remove the option all together.Show lessmelslegacy
An interesting effort but buggy and very very slow
This new app is overshadowed in my experience by the much snappier and easier to navigate old Christies app. I won't close off the old app yet.Photophilosopher
What have they done!
Very sluggish. When you are viewing any sale, if you wish to see more detail of the lot you cannot return back to the sale. The system takes you back to the list of upcoming sales so you have to start again after which the application frequently quits! The old version was very fast and reliable and easy to use. I simply cannot be bothered to view sales anymore and therefore will not be bidding. Thank you for messing up a good system. As they say " if it isn't broken don't fixit".Show lessCoombeMac
Crashes
Previous version worked well. This new version Fails in many ways. Lists viewing dates in random, jumbled order. Shows catalogue cover images in place of lot item at first and is slow to change to
The correct image. Crashes much too frequently.

Easy to use and great depth of information
Christie's upgraded app is very easy to use with good navigation. There is also a wealth of information in the app that will make any art lover happy.Brett Banchek
Great improvement!
This new app is a great improvement from the old Christies app. I love the new design and how easy it is to search for lots in upcoming sales. I also really like how simple it is to manage my Chrisite's account from the app and place absentee bids. Other art market apps - like Sotheby's - have much to learn from this.Show lessBK Stewart lover
