Music to garden by
This station always has something great playing. I like the mix of old and new songs. The last ten songs list makes it easy to fill my iPhone with music. It's my favorite Austin station.
Love!
I love this channel! I love that they have an app that plays live anywhere I am! Great for road trips.
I disagree with those that don't like the top 40. I think they do a great job of playing everything, and not playing too much of one style, or repeating the same song too much. It's wonderful to have everything in one station now. I really rarely listen to anything else!

Great App!
Since discovering KGSR a few months ago, I've really enjoyed being able to listen to Ryan Adams and The Decemberists on the radio. I agree with other reviewers that the top 40 songs being played can bring things down. I can hear that anywhere. Keep Austin Weird! Play music unique as the people who live there. Not Santana or Eagle Eye Cherry.

Love'n KGSR
Got tired of listening to the other stations. Switched to KGSR And I love it! Glad there is an app so I can listen on my phone as well. I hope it doesn't turn into the others by playing the same songs over n over. I love the variety and being introduced to new music.
I love kgsr!
I love kgsr! I'm so glad there's a app for it! We use to have a radio station here that played similar music, but now it's gone & now we have some really stupid rap/hip hop station in its place!
BEST ALL AROUND
This is a great app. I listen on phone and iPad and it works great with both. I live in Massachusetts and this is my all time favorite radio station including satellite radio. Great programming, great functionality, great all around. Thanks for making KGSR available to a grateful Yankee.
Love it!
We are away from Austin for a year & I love being able to listen to KGSR wherever I go. I really like that it lists the last 10 songs that were played.
More 60s Folk Rock for me.
It appears to me that KGSR has slackened a bit in presenting a variety of music in an attempt to stay contemporary. I have't done any formal studies, but I'd rather tune in once in a while and hear Simon and Garfunkel and not Foster the People.
Just my $0.02. KGSR is still the best in town.

Why? Why? Why?!?!
As a stay at home mom from Austin, Texas living in the UK (where radio stations are nothing short of rubbish) we listen to this amazing app all day every day. Only this morning, with no warning or notification, it is no longer available outside the US. Again I say, why, why, why?!?!
Less top forty more new progressive
Love this station and was so glad to find the app since I left the area and was not able to find a good station here. Would like less top forty type music though since I listen for the new progressive music.
