We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with the app closing unexpectedly after launching it. We have observed this issue earlier, which may affect a small number of customers upgrading from older versions of the app (i.e. 5.0 or 5.1 to latest 5.4). This issue is also under investigation by our development team, who will be addressing it in our next app update. In the meantime, the workaround is simply to delete the app and re-install it from the App Store. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Modify my reservation? Forget about it.
Contact Air Canada? Doesn’t work either. And when I tried to call, I was told they will only accept calls within two days of my reservation due to high work queues.
Based on the app UX and their level of service, I will never book Air Canada again

Unfortunately, the app never offered multi-city booking functionality. We do plan to bring this feature to the app in a future update. In the meantime, you can book a multi-city itinerary through aircanada.com. Thank you.

Why wouldn’t air canada link their profile systems together? This makes no sense.
