Great, but could be better
All the up to date info is great, but it’s so frustrating that the app totally shuts down every time your phone goes into standby mode. Why can’t it just refresh to the last page you were on?Lsiwes
Needs a few tweaks
Normally, this is probably the best of the major tournament apps, but the quality this year has eroded a little. Complaints so far for the 2019 app:
--Very slow to load, even when already open in the background.
--The Men's Singles filter for Scores > Completed Matches simply doesn't work.
--The match stats on the Overview pages are completely inexplicable. For singles, they show Career Matches Won and YTD Matches Won, but not Matches Won or Matches Played in either category. For doubles, it's the opposite: Career Matches Lost and YTD Matches Lost, but not Matches Won or Matches Played in either category.Show lessMukatoy
Too confusing
The ideal way to set this up would be to use the Scores page more efficiently. Allow us to choose the next day’s matches so we can see the scheduled matches listed by start time. The only was to see what is coming up now is to go to the schedule page which list matches by court not start time. Way too difficult to sort out the schedule. As it stands right now, I’d rather use a standard sports app to figure out who is playing when.Show lessGator5000e
Good but could be better.
Overall this is a good app. But at times the inter face can get cluttered. It’s very hard to find player interviews, highlight videos. I think they should be different tabs for news, videos, scores, etc. Your content is very congested together, when it should be more organized.Tez1094

Us open
It takes around 5 goes to be able to open this app. It starts to open then shuts itself down.. it’s very frustratingkarducky
Disappointing
I’m a bit shocked that an app for the US Open is so disappointing. Its cumbersome to navigate and far from intuitive. It’s actually faster for me to google the info I’m looking for. Hard to quickly find results for favourite players. Doesn’t seem to have ability to set match times to my local time.Natahsha
Not easy to use
I would expect News/Latest to show me today’s results. But no, to find those you have to look at the schedule! Not very intuitive or user-friendly. “News” let’s me see a short video of a completed match (which is nice to have) but I don’t want to have to watch a video to find the result. Also, on my iPad the grounds map has blue squares wandering across it constantly which is very annoying (and I don’t understand why it wasn’t available until the day the tournament started). I prefer both the French Open and Wimbledon apps. Pity the grand slams can’t agree on some consistency of apps.Show lessKoala_jo
Not well played!
Thus app is essentially useless. No player list/section. Very slow response time. Real time matches and scoring are difficult to follow. While looking at matches on the draw, you end up back at the top of the draw each time you try to go back to continue looking at the next match in the draw. You are unable to return to your section/line in the draw.Show lessfrixysmom
Can get favourites
I’ve got iPhone and can’t chose favourite players, when going to settings and on the bottom FAVOURITE .
Players clicking, nothing happens.
What is going on?
Last year everything was ok
My friend got Sumsung telephone, he’s got completely different menu
On the top left corner it’s bar, in iPhone on the top left-tickets.
