I love the way this app keeps things simple and easy to navigate and find what you want fast. Some real genius in what they’ve done. Love it. Just set the benchmark for the other majors.

Favorite players/matches?
Unlike other grandslam apps it seems difficult to go directly to your favorites and see their matches. There used to be a favorites icon that allowed you to go directly to the favorites you’d marked and follow their progress. Am I missing it this year?CalebCameron

This app is far better than the other Slam apps. Works basically how these should.
Would prefer Draws on the bottom row to Players. And it seems to “quit” very quickly after switching to another app for a bit or locking the phone- requiring the launch (logo) screen to display every time.JTB193
Favorites
I would like to click on all players from my country at once. I would then like to see my favorites under players not settings as per this app. When I look at scores I want to see all games currently or finished playing with my favorites.

First impression is the interface is not very intuitive. As a fan all I want is to click on category: Men’s Singles, Women’s Singles, mixed doubles etc. Then see the draw and scores for each round. I know this is all here (I found it) but it took awhile to figure out navigation and this is not complicated.Show lessTeammcb
Keeps crashing
Have only been able to have the app open for a matter of seconds before it crashes and shuts down. Thank goodness for Google 😇DeeCee0000
Terrible
Not user-friendly. Doesn’t have enough information...some of us enjoy getting real time information on players other than the top 10 but it’s either not posted or too hard for me to find.bakjcc
Best sporting event I’ve seen.
Well, it’s a bit creepy that I was poking around the app to see how to add a comment on how good this app is when I was prompted to rate it. I’ll assume that was a coincidence and that IBM has not (yet) developed the ability to read my mind via my phone.
As for the app, I was truly looking to leave a comment because everything I was looking for to recap today was easily found. Scores and schedules are formatted well and easy to navigate and I enjoyed sampling the press conferences.Show lessChippah2019
About the app ideas ...comments and suggestions
Daytime commentators for espn are subpar and difficult to hear while streaming. I’m enjoying the app; especially your on the clock segment. Wish you had a notes section on the app or someway to list personal favorites to watch then get notifications when those players were about to begin their matches. Also... I would like the app to be able to create a personalized schedule of play according to personal favorites, which would include dates, start times, and court locations ( for easier streaming purposes). I see your app improving each year. I’m enjoying it very much.Show lessmommybar9
