Perfect solution for business
Are use this app to be able to run a business so that my sister and I can share information and have everything current and up-to-date in a moments notice. The option to assign tags is awesome and definitely helps in our line of business. I like the feature that it adds a phone log and then we can put notes in and also take pictures when we go to customer visits. The other benefit is being able to export and import easily. Definitely a great solution if you’re looking for one. Wish list: read only option Alphabetize tags option

Great CRM
I have used this for the last couple of years both for business and private contacts. It links to my calendar to put appointments in, has a to do tab that lists all the actions I need. Map is a great tool to see where everyone is located too.
Couldn’t Operate Without it
I’ve been using Contact Journal for well over 7 years to support my Business (& Personal) life. It has the right mix of base functionality and custom features without the cumbersome overhead & setup of other solution. And speaking of those other solutions I have been a career user of various CRM apps and still find Contact Journal the best mix of features & functionality to get the smaller users going quickly.

Constant user
Use app every day to keep running log on regular clients so I know date and what was done the cloud sync is fabulous as my wife at her desk knows what & when whilst talking to clients on the phone so good I am loading several hundred clients from a previous app that I've had problems with And now with the added bonus of the iPad app it’s even better

Contacts Journal CRM
mostly a GREAT app for keeping track of past and upcoming events and information —
Would be even better if after logging an event that it would prompt for the next event with the same contact at a future date.

Great program
I really enjoy using Contacts Journal. It’s the best I've found for mobile CRM, use it all day every day; also great support.

Absolutely fantastic app. Use this app every single day in my business booking my customers in for sweeping jobs.
If the only thing I would say about the app is I wish I could save more images to each name or file so I could keep a record each year of damage on stove or jobs completed etc.

The best tool for my job
As a sales rep, this is a perfect software to use at lower cost ! I use it on my iPhone, iPad and Mac OS. Perfect !!!
Perfect for tracking client tasks and follow-ups
I find the app great for managing my clients. We run a wedding venue and have a fairly standard set of communications or activities we engage with couples on - the app allows us to define that standard set of tasks and schedule them with reminders to ensure we are giving our couples the best level of communication and service. So convenient being able to keep up to date anywhere via the mobile app without the need to be at a computer. Highly recommend for client management!
