Handy app that works well
As an IT security guy I use tools like nmap on a regular basis, so port scanning apps are something I've used a lot. This app is very handy to show others how much information anyone can see with a 'perfectly harmless' unsecured WLAN. It's handy on my local home network as well when I cannot recall the IP address of a device. Unlike many apps, this app has never crashed on me; if only the IOS upgrade process worked so well :p. Powerful app!
Well worth the price paid!
Scanys trace and ping functions work perfectly, especially traces live display. When I put it's scan feature to the test it was extremely effective as it scanned a network with over 850 components in around 20 minutes! Only problem is it once froze during a scan, but with such a minor problem against such major features I can't help but give Scany it's deserved 5 stars!

Great Whizbang App
This app does everything I wanted it to do. Its very well done and easy to use. Thats exactly what I'd say if I knew what half the functions of this whizbang app did. If you need to know what ports are open on the space station's computer 10 years from now, this is the app that can tell you.

A little stunner of an app that I use to diagnose and confirm a variety of network issues - not needed that often (thankfully) but has saved me plenty of time and credibility when I do (diagnose from the bar/train/school run, etc!)TheFullCircle
Scany you little beauty
This app is free and is better than most pay for apps, my only wishes would be for the colour of the app to be changeable or changed to a brighter colour, or simply greater contrast between the background and foreground, so my old tired eyes can see the controls and results easily, O and one other thing, can we have an iPad version please? More than you would expect from an iPad app.
Awesome tool, fast, accurate, compact. More than you could expect from an iPad app. From an IT prospective it is very valuable as the iPad is much faster than many IT tools like sniffers and net diagnostic boxes to just whip out and run a quick test.
