Just like a real camera
Quite enjoy using this app as the iPhone is the camera you have with you when you don't have a camera. The teasing videos explain in a nice easy personal way that makes using the app understandable straight away.Pincus213

I've been using camera+ since i started using iPhone and its been one of my fav app with the ability to use feature of Dslr at one place and manual controls to take perfect pics.. truly they have done amazing job.Luvu84

This app was WAY ahead of the competition (including the iPhone's camera/photo apps) when I first started using it years ago, and they continue to keep innovating and refining. AWESOME App, 1 Drawback
I've been using Camera+ for a while now, and the only reason that I am giving it four out of five stars is because of its RAW support. The fact that this app lets you shoot in RAW and TIFF is awesome. As someone who takes a lot of photos and is into advanced photo editing and high-quality imaging, being able to take TIFF and RAW images with my phone is awesome. But for some reason, when this app creates the DNG file it downscales the resolution of the image. I love how this app lets you save to multiple file formats at the same time, but unfortunately I rarely, if ever, find myself actually editing and then using the RAW image. There's nothing wrong with TIFF format, but honestly I see no reason for RAW support if the image that it creates is drastically downscaled. Maybe it does this to save storage space, since RAW files are very large, but the iPhone has a 12 megapixel sensor. I would really like to be able to use all of my pixels in RAW format.Show lessHstudio00

I've have been using Camera+ for a few years now and it is hands down THE best camera app I've ever tried! I have tried many other camera & photo editing apps but always come back to Camera+! It has everything I need (and more) all in one app even earning a coveted spot on my iPhone task bar.
The constant upgrades and improvements are beyond expectations. They are always adding so many new features that I still haven't used this app to it's full potential! Make sure to check out the extras (like tutorials) in the settings section.
No matter if I've taken pics taken with the iPhone native camera and edited with Camera + or taken and edited with the Camera+ app, even waaay back with my iPhone 4 and iPhone 5 (as of 04/17 I still have the 6S. Waiting to see what's coming Sept 2017) I've always been asked what type of (expensive) SLR camera I'm using to take such amazing photos. I swear most people don't believe I'm taking pics with an just an iPhone!

Erased my photos for no reason
Normally I really enjoy Camera+, especially as a back up camera since I often run out of storage on my iPhone. However yesterday I was taking a bunch of photos throughout the day, erasing some from my camera roll as I went to make sure I could keep snapping. And when I went back to look at them many hours later, the majority of them were gone, including some really special ones I had taken the day before. I have no idea why this happened or how to get them back. It seems the app malfunctioned or something, but I've never seen it do that before and I am extremely disappointed, to say the least. I have a bad feeling they're gone forever since I hadn't yet saved them on my phone or to my computer. I had barely even had a chance to go through them before the app decided arbitrarily to delete my memories. Unbelievable.Show lessRachel_Jank
Just use the Apple iPhone camera.
Apple has made the iPhone camera ubiquitous with phone photography for a reason.
No need for 3rd party apps any longer. Just use the iPhone Camera app. It will do the job. It is quicker, too.

This camera app came out a long time ago & was mostly a filter-cam for basic uses. The built-in camera app was just as good, just without filters.
However, with the 6 & 6 plus cameras & added functionality, the new Camera + app tweaks have made it a very useful app. The controls are easy to use and it is my primary camera now. I still don't use the filters very much, but I'm glad they are there if I need them. Nice to see the TIFF option added.
The devs for this app have kept updating and improving it. That says a lot, as many devs just take their money from 1.0 release and abandon their app.

A decent camera app, but ProCamera, CameraAwesome & 645Pro are Way better camera replacement apps. CameraAwesome has much much better filters & effects and takes better pictures. 645Pro takes much higher quality images. Over rated.Show lessD>
