** BRAND NEW ** Re-written from the ground up with loads of new features. ** PLEASE SAVE YOUR QUITTING DETAILS BEFORE UPDATING !! ** Due to the new features, the original stopping details will be lost, so please take a note of them before you update. You can now track ANYTHING, and I've added in loads of new currencies too. It's the original simple, clean interface, but a whole lot fresher - The Social Sharing is all fixed-up too!

This is a very minor update. The update makes this version now backwardly compatible with iOS 4.3. (I hadn't realised that the previous version excluded users with older devices) - Why no MONTHS? I often have feedback asking for months in the time display - Here's why there will be no 'months' in this counter... I always wanted my timer to be as exact as possible and to be an 'even playing-field' for all users. With months however, if I quit on January 1st and you quit on February 1st, you'll be one month quit far quicker than me. - That's not fair at all! We do know however that there are (almost) exactly 52 weeks in a year: Nice and straightforward. So please don't leave negative reviews for a lack of months - It's only fair :)

Price History of Since iQuit

Description of Since iQuit

Since iQuit is a very simple app to keep track of the time since stopping smoking, drinking, or anything else you want to track. It also provides an estimated financial saving and acts as a motivational aid. I wrote a version of this programme on the 25th March 2009... The day I stopped smoking. Perhaps it's just the Scot in me, but I found the fact that I was saving my money as well as my health to be a great motivator through the cravings and during my weaker moments. It also became a little like an unbroken chain of 'good days' - the more they accumulated, the more determined I was to not break the chain! I hope that this simple app can help you to stay free of whatever you are trying to quit, as it has for me. Good luck, Hugh Williams

Reviews of Since iQuit

  • ‘The Scot in you’

Yeah I have one of those too. This app is simple and genius. It’s never skipped a beat for me. I’ve reset it every so often, since every so often I go back to smoking like an idiot, but in the first few weeks of quitting especially, watching those numbers tick ever higher is very cathartic and has kept me going when I really needed it. If you’re wondering, this round I’ve been quit for 1 week, 4 days, 12 hours and saved $403 (Australian, tax). Here’s hoping it sticks this time!

  • Thanks

I have had this app on my phone for about 10 years. When I finally quit smoking the app was very helpful in keeping me motivated to keep moving towards my goal. That was over 7 years ago.

    Thank you!
