  • App doesn’t work half the time

    App hangs on log in at least 50% of the time.. nothing to do with network connectivity either as all other apps work, and the internet is very stable. Very slow app at the best of times, hard to navigate and needlessly complicated navigation wise. Take note from others like MoneyFarm
  • Basic problems, dislike using it. Latest version.

    I tried changing a part of my personal details but every time it crashes upon entering the security question response. This is one step further than before where it crashed when changing the field content.
    App generally has the feel that it will crash at any moment. Not encouraging and makes me put of using it. I’m getting to hate using it.

  • Reporting a bug

    I’ve used the app for several years and found it invaluable. However, the recent update has a bug in it. When I try to see the Fees tab in my pension the app shuts down. Other tabs in my pension work fine. I even tried the Fees tab in my ISA and that’s fine so it’s limited to my pension for some reason.

  • Still No landscape view for iPad

    Another update and still stuck with portrait view on iPad. I am tired of looking at the app sideways. What can be so difficult? Many years ago the app supported landscape view now not. All going backwards. Sad.

    All these App updates and still no landscape view for iPad.. I have deleted it now. I give up. 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲

  • Amazing app

    This app has changed my life!! Everything re. my finances is now all crystal clear and working towards my goals - customer service of the firm is off the scale!!
  • New update - yet more bugs.

    This is really useful - when it works. But it is so bug laden that far too often a new update is sent through, and the performance is wrecked. Yet again a new update released in October 22 - and the app fails. TP must be using the worst app developers in the world!

  • Portrait Only View? Visually Impaired & Not ‘Appy’

    Began using this app in earnest just over a month ago. I cannot deal with apps which force the user into portrait (mobile) only view!

    I’ve read reviews from back in May regarding this, it’s now August and still no landscape update!!??

    For those with vision impairment this is a tragedy.

    For the sake of those who need to see things on a bigger (tablet) screen, please consider rectifying this issue as I’m sure you don’t want to be known as a developer who doesn’t consider disability?

  • Works great

    Easy to use and quick to view investments.
  • Way too many bugs

    The old app, whilst a little clunky, was easy to navigate and worked well. The new app is useless as it won’t even allow the Touch ID to login. I managed one brief look around when I managed to login yesterday and the layout is terrible , I would give it zero stars for customer experience and design. It’s full of advertising for other products and does not show me the pertinent information that I use the app for on the first screen.
