  • Simple, efficient and quick.

    Best I’ve seen and used. Easy to view balances and gains/losses, also easy to add ad hoc top ups. All documents easily visible and like the secure messages.
  • App not working properly

    Iv been logging on to this site using fingerprint print for quite some time now , certainly a year or two , this is now impossible, as the app will not prompt me to use my fingerprint, Iv entered using my passwords and set up fingerprint access but it tells me I’m successful then when I try to log on yet again no prompt. Iv reported it but still no success . Very very disappointing.

    Hi Francis, I am sorry to hear you are having issue using touch ID. If you haven't tried already, please go to settings>Login>Biometrics and re enter your passphrase credentials and click confirm and then restart the app. If you are still having issues, please can you confirm the following and email mobiledev@tpllp.com and I will be happy to look into your issue.   • Has update been tested before release

    Until updated recently, was quite pleased with it, but since last weeks update it is unbelievably poor. Shows incorrect info, keeps crashing and can’t select dates. What have you done, it’s supposed to be award winning??????

  • Version 3 is a disaster

    I have been using the app for the last 9 months and the functionality has been okay but the latest version 3 is a disaster. Logging in is more difficult and very temperamental with none of my information transferred from previous version. The new information display is bland and does not integrate well with the iPhone or iPad. The date range function does not work and once you get onto the screen to change the date range, you can’t get back to the main menu. The graphical information is much worse than the previous version and the ‘TopUp’ button stays on even when you are not on the input screen. This is a very shoddy update. Please roll it back ASAP.

  • Very useful app

    I have used the ImpulseSave feature many times and never had any bother with it. I’m always able to login using my details and fingerprint recognition and check values. If I do ever have questions the video chat facility and support at head office is always top notch.
  • Debit MasterCard

    Great company and great app, however as an improvement, would like to see you able to accept Debit MasterCard otherwise the impulse save option is pointless for me.
  • Impulse save

    I find it really difficult to make an impulse save smoothly. Something always needs doing again eg this time my bank card has been renewed, I have put my new card details in but it’s not accepting them. I originally wanted to save each month for my 4 now ,5 soon to be 6 grandchildren but it takes forever especially if you need to do multiple savings

  • Easy to use

    Couldn’t be easier to use. Very practical app to view my investments.
  • It’s kind of ok

    The app is very useful to take a quick look at things. But there are annoying things like the date range doesn’t change and the screen freezes or you get kicked out. I also think that you need to get someone with User Experience (ux) expertise to look at the layout as it is poor.
