Poor execution
I’ve been looking for a way to report those who illegally park in handicap spaces and thought this might be a solution. But I don’t understand why I need to register to submit a couple of pics with geotagging for the purpose of a report. In a time when personal information security is one of the highest priority issues, I do not hand out any info that is not absolutely necessary. Therefore I will not be using this app. If the developer will rework to eliminate login and make photos and report a quick submission it could be great.Show lessGossmer86

Basically useless if you are disabled in most places. Insists on you having to open the app open and take multiple shots which put my safety at risk if the driver returns. Or can use the snap a pic i text and send it to the parking authority who at least know the dangers we face in confronting abled people. App needs to accept photos from camera roll not look for the right button on a complex app. Often we don’t have long to take a pic. We ARE threatened for taking pics so don’t use this app if you are around where I live. Good idea, terrible execution.Show lessIdunhavenonick
Rude customer service
Wrote to customer service to say that the app was not working because the guy I reported was reoffending. Their explanation was so rude! I mean for an app with low stars, they should at least try to make their users somewhat happy. I told them they were rude and they were even more rude. I am going to find a similar app then deal with these people who seem to not care about their users.Show lessLmp124
Good start not perfect!
Very nice for reporting people who are in a disabled spot illegally. Need a way to report DP abuse, people using dead grandfather's placard and such, this kind of abuse is way more prevalent. Thanks!JMurderus
Great app use it all the time!
Great app and great idea! Been using this app for awhile now! But I have only one suggestion where if it was possible for users to have the option to upload photos from your camera roll on your phone as well instead of using the actual app to upload them.
Because I upload photos onto Facebook groups to name and shame vehicles that don't have a permit on display and I have to take two lots of photos so I can upload it on the app and then again on Facebook. So that's the main reason why it would be easier to have access to the camera roll on your phone as well. Besides that feature the app is a great idea!Show lessaussie_ozzie
Easy to use
Downloaded yesterday when I spotted a car with no tag or plate in a HC spot. My friend is an amputee and has had difficulty finding spots. Too much abuse.
Anyway, once you get your account setup, it's as easy as taking 3 pictures. Recommend it, and hopefully it is adopted by the local cities.SpecialEd22

Yes, you have to take several pictures, this is to provide enough evidence that something can actually be done. The app is great, it's the system (aka government) that's not perfect. There have been about 3 times I couldn't us the app due to not being able to get the pics, but have probably used it 50+ times. It is a better than nothing sort of thing. I've not had any problems with the app itself.Show lessRosems21

I just want to report abuse of ignorant people who abuse parking in the handicapped parking spaces.
This app wants you to get beat up or get into verbal confrontations with inhuman individuals who already are selfish and abusing the system.
