Can't access files
Won't let me even email or open files. Says my iPhone doesn't have an app that can open a PDF or jpeg! What a waste. Absolutely useless. 0 stars if I could. Let me access files, or at least email them to myself and I'd find it usefulBH Photography

Works well, but needs a better interface
I signed up for the Livedrive service and downloaded the iPad app for 1 main reason - to have access to my media (video and music) wherever I go on my iPad. For that purpose, it works well. The desktop app uploads the files fast and without a hitch, and the upload process does not significantly interfere with the rest of my activities on the computer. Once in the cloud, the iPad app streams the video perfectly - movies start playing within a few seconds of clicking on them. If you want, you can output the video through an HDMI adapter to an HDTV, where it looks great. I certainly have not had the problems with crashes that others are reporting.
My beef with the iPad app is the file access interface. You get access to only a limited number of files when you first access your backup files, and in order to see all of them you have to keep clicking "More Results" - it takes me 5 or 6 tries to finally be able to see all of my files. If they fix that, this will be pretty much perfect for my needs.Show lessgreguva
Needs a lot more improvement
I signed up for Livedrive in hopes of replacing Dropbox, but now I have to use both. The mobile app is not even close to the Dropbox app, with which I can access all my files instantly after saving them with a different device, and open and save them in conjunction with other apps. Livedrive app doesn't let me do any of that except viewing them, even that doesn't work most of the time. I keep getting the message "The folder is empty or connection to Livedrive has failed." It's totally frustrating because I know the folder is not empty; the file is there but I just can't access it with the app. So I don't use the app at all now. There is a lot of improvements to be done if Livedrive is to compete with Dropbox.Show lessFLJW
Pointless now
When I first started using live drive it was a great service and I cancelled my Dropbox subscription to move over to it. Recently the app stopped working with all my files so I can't view, play or do anything with them on my iPhone. I still use the backup service but the briefcase has become pointless. This should be something they fixed pretty quick but months on and no updates bad form live drive.Show lessAndrewAllison

Awful....!.....Don't Waste Your Money.....Stay Away
Slow uploads, poor iPad and iPhone support, no app updates since summer 2011. Viewing pictures from cloud poor as they don't use the iPad/iPhone screen fully. Support is terrible and completely useless. Live drive are money grabbers, do not use this company or you will be very disappointed. When you tell them you're not happy they just don't care! The reviews here tells you everything you need to know, stay away from Live drive!Show lesstangokidd
Terrible interface
Terrible interface ....you don't get a clean look at the folders . I don't know which folders to look in . Looks better in my kindle .Mikenj007
Not as bad as other reviews
I haven't had any of the problems other reviewers have stated about crashing. Te only thing keeping this from 5 stars is lack of iPhone 5 screen optimization. I hate letter boxing.dlukac
