  • Almost Perfect

    Only 2 things missing. 1. Log syncing between devices. I prefer to use the iPad to avoid problem 2. Call interruption on the iPhone; you have to start over and the time spent to that point isn't logged. However, the iPhone is better for spontaneous meditation so I can't rely solely on the iPad.
  • Simply the best for us hardcases

    I love this program and owe much to it and its programmer(s). I was always intimidated by the thought of traditional meditation, but was intrigued by the different approach to quieting the mind. Not only that but it has done wonders for my blood pressure and has improved the quality of my relaxation. Try the free version and when you're hooked and at the top of your game in thet version (ie @ 1.9 breaths/min), then you'll gladly pay for the rest of the program.

  • Fantastic app! Better than a sleeping pill at night!

    Me and my ten year old do this every night before bed and it totally zones us out and many times we just fall asleep! And my ability to exercise has shown remarkable improvement. It's the most I've ever spent on an app and worth every penny! (and I'm cheap...)
  • The best app!

    This is a perfect way to meditate and relax! You will feel the difference in yourself in your first session, even if your first session is only 10 minutes! You will feel so much calmer and centered. Your soul will feel fed, and every session you do will build within you bringing you more and more health, which your calmness carries you out into your everyday world. You will be able to face things with much more ease. Get this app!

  • Excellent Calming Exercise App

    I use this app every morning as I take the subway to work. It is so calming, so relaxing - even transcending - and really helps my day. When I do it at home, I am literally taken away. The proper way of breathing is beneficial on so many planes, and something I come back to if I start to feel any stress. I would recommend this to everyone.

  • Highly effective, good options

    I suffer from chronic pain, and often need these kind of breathing exercises to fall asleep, or make it through the day. I like all the options for breath timing, and the logs.

    Feature request- grant these, earn that last star.
    1. Add new breath cycle sounds. My gf finds the current schemes annoying, and I find her complaining annoying.
    2. Allow setting if multiple, recurring alarms. Then, I'll be reminded to do my breath routine throughout my day. Even better would be a different color mark for each scheduled but missed session.

  • Worth every penny - every time

    Nothing better. I generally stick to custom settings but everything is so well done, I can't think of any improvements. Sometimes I come out more relaxed than others but at no time is it a bad idea. Even if I'm cut off at 5 minutes, I might hit it later for more. For sure it's difficult to continue doing this every day, but the fact is that every day i use this the rest of the day is .... Improved.

  • disappointing

    I rushed to buy this after reading a glowing review on a yoga blog. I guess I should have read the review more carefully (or read between the lines.)

    I feel I wasted my money. I was looking for something that would teach pranayama, possibly introducing several different breathing exercises and telling what effects they might have. No. This doesn't teach or inform at all. This is simply a tool to count/measure/time your breath. Basically a glorified metronome with sound effects a breathing log tossed in.

    Totally not worth it to me, sorry.

  • Goodbye anxiety!!

    I have been suffering from severe anxiety attacks while driving since a couple of accidents last year. When I start getting tensed I use this app and focus on my breath for 5 to 10 mins. The rhythmic breathing not only averts an anxiety attack but leaves me feeling lighter n happier for the rest of the day! Thanks for creating this extremely effective app!

  • Perfect relaxation app

    Works perfect on iOS4!
    You can adjust the breathing to the parameters that fit you, and change it as you progress. The sound is a perfect distraction to clear your mind and forget all the bad stuff. Just find a quiet room, dim the lights, get into a comfortable position, and start the program. Try it, you'll like it! You'll feel totally relaxed after each session.
