  • Doesn’t work

    Worked fine on my iPhone 7 Plus when logging in; now it wants a card number and password which I enter correctly and still gives me an error logging in.
  • Needs iPhone X support

    Throws an error when trying to set up Face ID on iPhone X. So basically worse experience than on an older phone. ☹️
  • Waste of space

    Keeps failing to sign in due to “unexpected errors”
  • Missing remaining available balance overview

    It would also be better to sort statements by years instead of having to choose the month and the year from the list.
    That slows down everything.

    I've downloaded this app more than twice and minutes later the app is deleted from my device because it never works.

    I don't know if the app is fake or my phone just isn't allowing me to use it. Anyone else having this problem?

    Easy to use, probably the best bank app out there.

    This is the best banking app in the App Store! For the first time on the iPad I have dynamic charts of my accounts, detailing my balances and my transactions. Totally awesome!

    Absolutely love this app. I have another banking app and I think this one is so much better. I would recommend this to anyone with an account at CIBC. Well worth the price, and then some. Oh wait it's free - even better.

    Long story short: If you bank with CIBC, you're a fool not to have this app!

  • Doesn't work with iOS4 on Touch or iPad

    Notification on May 1st of inability to type a a decimal point when paying bills on an iPad was acknowledge. Now 2 months later, the APP won't work on iOS4. They must have fired the programmers! Anyway, a great app crippled and useless for paying bills from iPad or iOS4. They are working on it! Just not too quickly.

  • Good as an iPhone app

    Not sure what the complaint is, this is an iPhone app not an iPad app. Agreed a true iPad app would be great, but they aren't even sold in Canada yet.
