The roof report is pretty accurate but every time I put something in the notes they don’t do it. For example, I have a customer that needs a new main roof, but I put in the notes don’t include the front porch roof and they still do which then I have to measure myself because they simply don’t follow the notes.

Great for shingle roofs
We have o Lu used this 2 times and so far has been great! Really wish they had a membership option.
Simply works
Been using EagleView for many years and had great well rounded calculated results for all my roofing needs. Plus it has saved me the headache of dealing with indecisive clients and saving me drive time getting measurements just to do bids.
Contractor
I am a contractor, and this tool is my best friend when I’m rushing and can’t measure everything by hand. Most of the time it’s really accurate.

System Claims i have an account: i don’t - says reset password - did this; but system does not recognize me because I do not have an account related to my email address…. Some businesses just like to stand outside and hit their potential customers with sticks.
