  • Not happy.

I use fastcase through my bar association and have no problems, it is easy to use. This app is not at all user friendly. It crashes and I have tp keep logging in. Frustrating!
  • Randomly crashes after a few minutes.

    Same as other users.
  • Free service from Bar works very poorly on IPAD and crashes

This app used to works OK. Not every search op ration results in XML parsing errors. It is free for our state and that used to mean something. Now it feels like our state is irrelevant to FastCase.
  • Poor development

App continues to crash without notice. Using it is like a rush to find what you are looking for before the app crashes. I have my Fastcase account through my bar membership and I hate having to use the internet app on my iPhone and iPad to do legal research when I have the Fastcase app on both devices. I hope that they will fix this issue soon as I am seeing reviews from years ago stating that the app crashes without notice. A simple update to fix this bug would make this app so much better.

  • Hasn’t been updated, app no longer works

App hasn’t been updated in seven years, it keeps saying XML Parrsing don’t waste your time they don’t keep their products up-to-date
  • Woefully deficient

My sympathies to Fastcase associates and affiliates.
  • Crashed twice in first 15 minutes

You can’t save your preferences so you have to go back and select your jurisdiction and other preferences each time. Continuously crashes so it’s really useless...all your work is gone in minutes
  • Useful App, but it crashes often

This is a useful research tool, too bad it crashes almost every time I try to use it on my iPhone! Please fix.
  • Useless. Buggy. Crashes constantly.

The State Bar pays for this but it’s completely useless. Google is better for legal research.
  • Not up to date

I used to use this for all of my research. The statutes and case law aren’t kept up to date. For Missouri they are at least two years old.
