Crashes repeatedly
Hasn’t been updated in 3 years not sure why but constantly crashes unexpectedly. Can’t use it because unreliable; it’s hard to retrace research, history is not sufficient to do so. Please fix because it could be great.Gq, esq.
Good app for research
Overall, it’s is a decent app. It provides good research results - quick & efficient. However, it crashes often. You will be in the middle of your research, reading a case or statute and it will just close. No warning. Then you have to log back in with your user ID and password. That is time consuming and a basic pain. It has happened to me repeatedly. It is a bug that needs to be fixed. If fixed, I’d give the app a 5.Show lessResearchAtty

Constantly Crashing
When will the bugs be fix to stop the site from crashing? Every 5 minutes, I get kicked off. I’m now copying and pasting into notes just to review cases. Please fix:) thanks! I love the use, just hate the hassle.Leticia1823

Password recovery
You might want to make it an option on your sign in screen. I got to try the ap for a day and when I opened the app this morning I was prompted to log in again (do I have to log in every time with user info and password, really????) after doing so it didn't recognize my password, but also gave me no way to recover it. The only way to get into the ap was create a new account with a new email address. So thats just a stupid f'ing mistake on the part of the developers 😡Show lesscorby76
Doesn't work
The app was great until it stopped working and a certificate error pops up. It won't let me log in. Please correct this!Crayon2
Weird Invalid Certificate Error Started Showing?
Loved Fastcase until recently, when an "invalid certificate error" started showing up. My time settings are correct. Use it on iPad and won't work now. Help.Mutiger90
