Great app no issues
The app must have gone through a few upgrades. Bit of a shame about the old reviews as I don’t think they reflect how the app is now.
The app is slick, speedy and great for showing you where your parcels are in the delivery process.

Really Improved
It’s been clunky and problematic over the years but this year I have found it really good. So useful to track parcels around NZ with notifications as parcel makes its way through the process. Naming my parcel is super handy to recognise too. 👍hoganberry
Can’t get past initial onboarding screen
Every time I open the app I get a screen with a disabled “Continue” button. The app is completely non-functional.
I don’t know what it’s asking for (it’s truncated to “Mo…”) but the field isn’t even marked required.Pall Choice Mesa
Terrible
It’s just a web app, a terrible one at that. It doesn’t even load their simple price checker docked without a long spinning circle. The only thing it does better than the website is that it DOESN’T randomly remove or clear your list of tracking numbers. That’s when it loads though, with probably 5% success rate so far. I’ve only had this app for 4 days and it’s worked correctly 3 or 4 times, but only after multiple relaunches. Why are you pushing users to use this app? Finally updated!!
Finally this app has been updated after years of neglect. The app works 100% as you would expect, allowing your to track parcels, gets prices on postage, etc.Nootu10
Easy to use
Logged in without issue. Noticed a parcel out for delivery. Best to rely on the app then. Maybe one day we’ll need to go to NZ Post to get our mail instead or pay a few bucks for delivery as alternative.Billy Shabbycap
Supports Real Me login
For the longest time real me login was not supported, making it unusable. Now with the ability to login with Real Me the app suits my needs which is just to track packages.
Saves me from having to always awkwardly try and use the website on mobile, which required logging in each time.Kklacc
Needs app/phone notifications badly
I wish there were app/phone notifications. It would really help with the checking anxiety knowing if there’s an update it will alert you but it doesn’t which doesn’t seem right. There’s email alerts but I don’t get notifications for my emails on my phone for some reason. Please add phone notifications, it would be greatly appreciated.Show lessJosh Nixa

This app is great however it seems a bit pointless to not have an option to be notified about tracking updates - instead you have to manually go and refresh to check tracking status. Please add this functionality, it’ll be a huge improvement :)lwxlch
Can no longer be used without signing in, useless
I used to use this on a daily basis to pop in tracking numbers and keep track of them. There was no need for any sign in/account nonsense. An account/sign in is not needed to track packages in their website. It used to be a simple list interface where you can add tracking numbers to a field. Now when you open the app you're faced with a sign in and cannot use it at all without that. Furthermore, the entire interface is now bloated by menus, floating buttons and other usual gadget nonsense. It's easier to just use the webpage now.
