Mk 2 is more disappointing than the first version
Edit: How on earth does this app show a rating of 5/5 based on two feedbacks when there are literally hundreds of one star reviews??
Man- so disappointed. I got frustrated with the performance of the old version so deleted it and used website. Got excited when I saw the ‘new and refreshed’ version so downloaded it. Well 24h on and I’ve deleted the new version and gone back to the website for updates. The sort function doesn’t work, parcels are missing from the tracking list and the refresh time is waaaay too long. This day and age a fully functioning tracking app for our national mail service surely shouldn’t be this hard. Just disappointed I can’t give it less than one star as the most recent version is somehow WORSE than the old bug riddled one. Needs a few touch
The redesign app is wonderful. If you could fix the part where it logged you off ever so often, it would be wonderful. It would be good to introduce face unlock or app password so you won’t get log off too often from your profile.

Doesn’t work

Terrible, do something NZ Post!!
App hasn’t been updated in 5 years, looks like something from the Stone Age, and doesn’t work properly, keeps crashing and now I can’t even sign in again after trying to reinstall it!
NZ Post, pay a few $$ to a developer and get it fixed, bring it into the 21st century, it’s embarrassing . . .lahp11
Plain and simple Abandonware
Hasn’t worked for a while some baseline functionality is retained but nothing online as such, the links having gone dead long ago.
Now just plain and simple Abandonware.
For a country so ‘connected’ online do much so it’ll likely be the first country to phase out actual cash money it’s beggars belief that the Post of all organisations doesn’t bother with an app (see Auspost app for ideas of a simple functional app, even stylish even if they might’ve sacrificed functionality for it but I digress.

Big fail
This app just doesn’t work. It fails to update information, constant error messages. Following reinstalling app, unable to log in and same old issues.onthegogo

Shamefully out of date and buggy
No update in 4 years. That’s pretty terrible for an organisation as large and important as NZ post, especially now that more and more people are shopping online and getting stuff delivered.
Has not been updated for modern iPhone screen sizes. Try to remove a parcel from the track list and it just doesn’t work. Try to name a parcel and it it says “Error” with no other detail. No notifications.
NZ post could learn a lot from Australia Post’s app and their processes, a truly incredible example of what a modern postal service should be. Please get it together!Show lessScottishfruit
